Thank you Samantha! 💝 The food coloring does need to be a candy coloring with an oil base, so that it won't seize your chocolate. I love Chef Master Candy Color. It works great!

Hi! I love these!! I am making something similar however it’s for the next day. I am co owner of a daycare so doing this the same day and delivering was not an option. I have to make these tonight but I am not sure how to store them until tomorrow. Do I put them in the fridge or freezer or cabinet?
Thank you Summer! Everything will be fine left out in a cool area. If you put them in the fridge you may have to deal with condensation. Hope this helps! 😊

Thank you! 🥰 If the chocolate is too thick you can add some paramount crystals or coconut oil. This will help the consistency. Also, now I use a heating pad to sit my chocolate on while I'm working with it. This helps to keep it from hardening up. Hope this helps! 😊
Hello! I am planning on opening my mini business for these but keeping it local for now...though if my customers prefer or require shipping...do you know how to safely ship out the breakable hearts? Even if it’s local in my area how could I packed it so I can deliver the order myself to my customers?
Hi M T! That's great! 😍 I have not shipped these. Only delivered local. I don't know if there is any safe way to ship this, as it is very fragile. You can put shredded paper under the items and that will keep them in place a little better for transport locally. And, of course, you'll want to keep the box flat. 😉

Helloo great video and your so sweet ❤ i have a question. How come the chocolate doesn't melt while your handling them? How come the butterflies dont melt on the heart shape and pretzels? I made cookies and decorated them with chocolate put them in the fridge but once they were out they melted and were a total mess😔

I'm not sure why yours melts, but I don't put mine in the refrigerator after they are decorated. That will cause moisture on them, which will then cause them to mess up when handled. Chocolate is fine to keep in a cool area, away from heat. Also, I make sure my hands are not warm when handling the chocolate. Hope this helps! 😊

Thank you knicole! ❤ I get boxes from Amazon, BRPboxshop.com and sometimes Walmart when I need something quick. I used to make my own Rice Krispy treats, but recently I've been buying them. Saves a lot of time, and they are the perfect size for the mold, if you smash them a little. 😊

You can get it at any craft store and most Walmarts. I just bought a styrofoam block and left the plastic on it.
So enjoy your tutorials very educational I am trying to learn how to ship these breakable hearts without them breaking on their way to their destination is there any way to package these things the right way so they don’t break I have to send from New York to Florida and I am terrified it’s going to get demolished on the way there

I'm struggling with the same thing. 🤔 I had someone ask me to ship one of my Mother's Day boxes for them, and I'm just worried most about the breakable heart. The smaller items can be individually wrapped in bubble wrap and they should be fine, but that big heart.... that one scares me! I wish I had a better answer for you. I would try wrapping every piece in bubble wrap, then the gift box, as well. Then put the gift box in the center of a larger box and surround it with foam peanuts on every side. That's what I will probably try. If that doesn't work, nothing will. 😉 I hope this helps! 😊

Thank you so much yes us bakers have to stick together LOL I was thinking I have not tried it yet but I am going to try and get a bridal box I know it doesn’t have a window but it is definitely sturdier and it is hard and I will probably place a bubble wrap inside the box to cover the chocolate heart the big one and the other ones the bridal boxes are pretty and then put that one in the middle of another box around with the peanuts I’m going to try that see if it works I read on some sites and the reviews are really good that they get the heart in perfect condition but they never show how the heart has been packaged

Yes absolutely thank you so much 🙏 I just made my first one I have to give you credit it took me hours 😩 my heart broke the first time I had to re-melt the chocolate and do it again it is a lot of work and it takes a lot of practice and I did the small hearts with cake inside it is truly a lot of work to master this I am truly honored to watch your tutorials they help so much thank you ..absolutely beautiful again 🥰

Hi Abigail, Ghirardelli is my preferred chocolate to use. Sometimes I will also mix in some almond bark. 😊
may i ask how does chocolate heart not melt?
Once it is set, it is just like a chocolate bar. As long as it doesn't get too warm it will not melt.
Also how much of the melted chocolate should I put for the first layer and the second/remaining layer?
I just pour a good amount of chocolate into the mold for the first coat. I don't measure it specifically, but it's better to have too much than not enough. You can always pour out the excess. For the second coat it's about the same, but you have to work fast. Because it is cold, it will set up quickly. Hope this helps! 😊

How I can deal with temperature went is so hot?
Hi Airam,
If your chocolate is too hot, you could add a little bit of unmelted chocolate to it. As you stir it will melt and cool down your chocolate. Hope this helps. 😊

I'm trying to ship one of these boxes to my friend and am wondering how to do it without breaking
@@partygirl0409 I would definitely wrap the items individually in clear wrap, so that if any items broke they would not mess up the others. Then put styrofoam peanuts in the gift box to fill the empty space to keep things from shifting. Also, put styrofoam peanuts in a shipping box with the gift box in the center. That's the best method I can think of. 😉
