Hi Bob, thanks for stopping by...glad you enjoyed the video. It's even cooler going by boat. I had the opportunity to go through this lock a few years ago on a friends cruiser. Cheers
Hi Craig, I have always enjoyed the cannel system and have traveled most of it by boat. now I'm videoing it by bike. if you are interested i shot a video on the Marine railway the is located at the northern end of the system. it's pretty amazing what they do there. Cheers and be safe, Dave
Thanks for watching and if you are interested check out the other videos in this series. How about the marine railway that shuttle boats of all sizes across land and up and down a steep incline. cheers and stay safe, Dave
We also have a locks system down near Seattle that boats can transit between the Puget Sound and Lake Washington. It is so cool to watch the boats move through it. Thanks for sharing.
Video's like this make Canada look AMAZING.! When comparing us to the USA, I want viewers to remember we are slightly bigger in land area but only have about 10% of their population. This means for each people in Canada we have about 10x the amount of land, but 1/10 of their Nations wealth. Yet, we have Amazing THINGs and PLACEs too.! Especially when it comes to Nature. (two thumbs-up)
Hi Angel, what I like about UA-cam is that this community breaks down the borders and highlights the great countries that we both have. With the border being closed it has given us a chance to think more about travelling in Canada hopefully to the Maritimes this year and to the Rockies after that. We are also looking forward to travelling and seeing our family and friends to the south of us. Thanks for watching this video as the Trent Severn water ways is gorgeous and a hidden gem in Ontario. Take Care Dave and Lori
I AGREE. Us Canadians visit the USA alot. I feel your videos (especially this one) will get Americans Riders thinking about coming up here (when the Border opens, of course) If you end up taking a MotoTrip to the Maritimes in 2021, I can tell you about other MotoVloggers who live out there that you might not know about. Do you already know-of "Dead Nought" and his Friend "Daniel Ross" (both of who, I invited to your "Canadian Guys" Stream) and they both attended.
@@AngelFaceMotoRider Hi Angel, i have sub-Dead Naught already and will be looking at Daniel's site later this week. Thank you again for your help with the live stream, Cheers
Watching those locks go up and down are so cool. thanks for sharing. great ride.
I guess this is a bit different from where you travel, thanks for watching, cheers Dave
Okay that is super cool, thanks for showing us!
