Ingredients:
20-22 Jumbo Shells (12-14 ounce box)
24 oz Marinara Sauce
14-16 oz ground Italian Sausage (or ground beef)
2 cups (15 ounces) Ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup coarsely grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg
2-3 Garlic Cloves, minced
6-7 Basil leaves, chopped, plus more for garnish
Marinara Sauce:
2 Tbsp Branch and Vine Garlic Infused Olive Oil-

1/2 medium Yellow Onion, 1/2 cup chopped
3 Garlic cloves, finely minced
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 tsp dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
1 Tbsp fresh Parsley, finely minced, plus more to garnis

I love stuffed shells. I usually do ground meat or stuff it with different cheese 🧀 never tried sausage 🤔 but it does look delicious.

My brotha, just thought I’d let you know, I made your Cajun red beans and rice?! It brought down the HOUSE! Thank you for that Heavenly Recipe! Just so anyone wonders, if you are out of plain oregano and thyme you can use Italian seasoning in the same measurements. It has both with a bit of marjoram. Came out perfect. Necessity is the mother of invention. This recipe is off the Chain! They hurt themselves for that last bit. You are a master in the kitchen sir!
