Thank you again so much! I have tortured myself most of my life constantly living each day allowing past hurts, slights, and injustices affect me every day. I have lost so much time that I could have been happy, I could have been developing and choosing better relationships, and having a better relationship with myself. I experienced a traumatic event last year that has lead me to Wu Wei Wisdom and for that I am grateful. When I find myself on the "carousel" I stop and tell myself that this is not Wu Wei. I repeat Wu Wei over and over until I get off of the "carousel" in my thoughts. Thank you for sharing all that you do.

It is relatively easy to remember...this too shall pass.... when things are bad. But we must also remember that this too shall pass when things are good. This way we can make the most of the good times while accepting the bad

I have spent the last nearly 2 years learning this lesson in my life and I understand it now. The old "person" wants to hold onto the past. My true self is separate from that "person" and has no connection to circumstances.

Thank you, both. Best advice I've found and i've been searching n searching. My daughter's grandma from her mom's side has my child bcuz the mother left my child wit grandma n left her there to be wit her new boyfriend that she has been cheating on me for the past year out of 10 years that we been together. The grandma, however, for who knows why is not letting me talk to my child. I have a court order to see my child ever other weekend. But this past weekend i dropped her off my child was screaming n didnt want me to leave her at grandma's. We both were crying i told her i dont want to leave u but i have to. N since then i call n call to speak to my child as grandma wouls usually let me n even come over for an hour after work. Now she hangs up on me. Idk what i did. I didnt anything but love my daughter n the only thing my daughter did was love her father. But grandma cant have thay bcuz then she cant pocket that child support thats coming up. So i believe she's committing parental alienation so that my child doesnt tell the court i wanna be wit dada. This is currently going on. N idk when i will be able to speak to my child again..unless its 2 weeks from now. Each hour feels like days...this too shall pass. My daughter is only 4.5 years old. I hope this doesnt do any long term damage to her. Plz pray for me n my child. But this advice is worth thousands of dollars. It is very relieving. I cant thank u guys enough.

My wife tries to get me into "herb Fitch"he's on UA-cam but it's too advanced for me as I feel im stuck in thoughts and fears. So anyway David if you could think of anything with a different slant of I suppose fears and being centered or anything u can think of being useful to not just me but anybody would be grateful. Hi Meeko, The teaching could not be more straight forward, YOU are the creator of you emotions, NOT the victim of them. So, EVERY emotional feeling you experience is created by what you think and believe. You are choosing to project ahead and imagine the worse future - why would you do that? ....what is the benefit for you? These are the type of Golden Thread Process questions you will need to ask yourself. These are the areas to focus on, take responsibility and change. Once you change your beliefs your emotions will also change immediately. I love your videos. So helpful. I manage a pain recovery center where we have people stay with us that deal with physical issues such as Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and other physical pain challenges, which of course create “red light” feelings and emotions. Can you do a video on overcoming physical pain as it can be difficult telling someone who is most likely looking at a life living with chronic pain to a`crept the pain or where they may see a difficult connection between evaluating their underlying beliefs and physical pain? I hope that makes sense
Video as of lately I've been struggling with my Panamint issues feeling like things are going to always be this way were I've never chosen that a guy will leave me for somebody else so I don't even want to try anymore. This happened to me recently dating the guy and he's we know acting like he's building a relationship with me and then out of nowhere I see a post where he proposed to ask another woman to marry him and he still. And I blocked him for that because he was just being very distant and avoidant and then he text me out of nowhere and asked me where was I and why hasn't he been seeing me online anymore. And then I was open with him that he triggered a lot of my abandonment issues cuz he wasn't being present in my life and he still didn't tell me he asked another woman to marry him. He's texting me everyday talk about his checking on me and then when I go to his page I see the picture of the woman he has to marry in Vegas. And I'm at the point where I don't even want to see anything from Vegas or the city that he lives at or him or his profession anywhere anymore. But all of the relationships I've had with your not a lot ended up with me being left for another woman. And at one point I was all about I'm going to manifest love and this is not how it is that I can change it and I was honestly believing and meditating and trying my hardest to believe that this is it that this is finally I found somebody who wouldn't treat me that way and he did. I've gotten to the point where I don't even want to interpret my dreams anymore but this morning I dream bad 20 tornadoes is coming at me in my car and I managed to outrun them to get to a drainage ditch and wait it out and I survived the storm. Did the second dream was a dream about this guy and he took me around his friends and inside I felt like these women were more than friends but I never said it or expressed it. Then he took me to some place where these people are felt like these women they were witches and they were just laughing at me secretly I knew they were laughing at me. Danny took me around his male friends and they act like they were interested in me but I was not showing it just because I wanted to be respectful to this guy. Did he just made me wait and wait and wait and wait. Then he finally went home and left me around his friends and then he came back and said oh I couldn't find you so that's why he left me there. And deep down inside I wanted to say why did you not just call and look for me? But I did said I said nothing. Then we went walking and we stopped at this place where it was like different types of jewelry and a lot of it had to do with love and gratitude. And he just started grabbing all these different ones nothing at all he's getting me something how sweet is that. But no he says I'm getting these for my friend I'm pretty sure they'll love me for it. I was devastated cuz once again here I am not being Chosen and I can't say a word. And all I did was hold him and hug him while I watched him by gifts for other women. I honestly don't know what the hell is wrong with me but that's the story of my life when it comes to relationships. I fall in love and I'm so naive I don't see the red flags that these men don't feel the same about me. And I'm always been patient, loving, giving, Kai, if I'm never chosen. I'm so tired at this point I just want to love but I guess I have to love myself because it's not going to happen.

The video is good but the only thing i don't like is anything to do with Chinese. In fact the wisdom of ' This too shall pass' is not Chinese, it from Persia. Almost 2000 years ago.

Thank you, both. Best advice I've found and i've been searching n searching. My daughter's grandma from her mom's side has my child bcuz the mother left my child wit grandma n left her there to be wit her new boyfriend that she has been cheating on me for the past year out of 10 years that we been together. The grandma, however, for who knows why is not letting me talk to my child. I have a court order to see my child ever other weekend. But this past weekend i dropped her off my child was screaming n didnt want me to leave her at grandma's. We both were crying i told her i dont want to leave u but i have to. N since then i call n call to speak to my child as grandma wouls usually let me n even come over for an hour after work. Now she hangs up on me. Idk what i did. I didnt anything but love my daughter n the only thing my daughter did was love her father. But grandma cant have thay bcuz then she cant pocket that child support thats coming up. So i believe she's committing parental alienation so that my child doesnt tell the court i wanna be wit dada. This is currently going on. N idk when i will be able to speak to my child again..unless its 2 weeks from now. Each hour feels like days...this too shall pass. My daughter is only 4.5 years old. I hope this doesnt do any long term damage to her. Plz pray for me n my child. But this advice is worth thousands of dollars. It is very relieving. I cant thank u guys enough.

@@WuWeiWisdom it already did. The mother returned home. Yesterday n allowed me to speak to my child. N even said i could see my child every weekend instead of ever other like the court order said. Thanks again.

@@WuWeiWisdom thank you very much to both of you.what video would I like lol,bow that's a hard one,I suppose I'm like most people depressed and anxious lol,I find the videos bring me back on track,I know you have both covered a lot of these topics.Without being too personal and longwinded(I know UA-cam comments are mostly one liners I find it hard when I'm severly anxious and fearful of perhaps the future to still the mind and project the worst. My wife tries to get me into "herb Fitch"he's on UA-cam but it's too advanced for me as I feel im stuck in thoughts and fears. So anyway David if you could think of anything with a different slant of I suppose fears and being centered or anything u can think of being useful to not just me but anybody would be grateful. Keep the good videos coming. PS could make a video about workplace or neighours issues. Xxx

The teaching could not be more straight forward, YOU are the creator of you emotions, NOT the victim of them.
So, EVERY emotional feeling you experience is created by what you think and believe. You are choosing to project ahead and imagine the worse future - why would you do that? ....what is the benefit for you? These are the type of Golden Thread Process questions you will need to ask yourself.
These are the areas to focus on, take responsibility and change. Once you change your beliefs your emotions will also change immediately.

I love your videos. So helpful. I manage a pain recovery center where we have people stay with us that deal with physical issues such as Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and other physical pain challenges, which of course create “red light” feelings and emotions. Can you do a video on overcoming physical pain as it can be difficult telling someone who is most likely looking at a life living with chronic pain to a`crept the pain or where they may see a difficult connection between evaluating their underlying beliefs and physical pain? I hope that makes sense

Video as of lately I've been struggling with my Panamint issues feeling like things are going to always be this way were I've never chosen that a guy will leave me for somebody else so I don't even want to try anymore. This happened to me recently dating the guy and he's we know acting like he's building a relationship with me and then out of nowhere I see a post where he proposed to ask another woman to marry him and he still. And I blocked him for that because he was just being very distant and avoidant and then he text me out of nowhere and asked me where was I and why hasn't he been seeing me online anymore. And then I was open with him that he triggered a lot of my abandonment issues cuz he wasn't being present in my life and he still didn't tell me he asked another woman to marry him. He's texting me everyday talk about his checking on me and then when I go to his page I see the picture of the woman he has to marry in Vegas. And I'm at the point where I don't even want to see anything from Vegas or the city that he lives at or him or his profession anywhere anymore. But all of the relationships I've had with your not a lot ended up with me being left for another woman. And at one point I was all about I'm going to manifest love and this is not how it is that I can change it and I was honestly believing and meditating and trying my hardest to believe that this is it that this is finally I found somebody who wouldn't treat me that way and he did. I've gotten to the point where I don't even want to interpret my dreams anymore but this morning I dream bad 20 tornadoes is coming at me in my car and I managed to outrun them to get to a drainage ditch and wait it out and I survived the storm. Did the second dream was a dream about this guy and he took me around his friends and inside I felt like these women were more than friends but I never said it or expressed it. Then he took me to some place where these people are felt like these women they were witches and they were just laughing at me secretly I knew they were laughing at me. Danny took me around his male friends and they act like they were interested in me but I was not showing it just because I wanted to be respectful to this guy. Did he just made me wait and wait and wait and wait. Then he finally went home and left me around his friends and then he came back and said oh I couldn't find you so that's why he left me there. And deep down inside I wanted to say why did you not just call and look for me? But I did said I said nothing. Then we went walking and we stopped at this place where it was like different types of jewelry and a lot of it had to do with love and gratitude. And he just started grabbing all these different ones nothing at all he's getting me something how sweet is that. But no he says I'm getting these for my friend I'm pretty sure they'll love me for it. I was devastated cuz once again here I am not being Chosen and I can't say a word. And all I did was hold him and hug him while I watched him by gifts for other women. I honestly don't know what the hell is wrong with me but that's the story of my life when it comes to relationships. I fall in love and I'm so naive I don't see the red flags that these men don't feel the same about me. And I'm always been patient, loving, giving, Kai, if I'm never chosen. I'm so tired at this point I just want to love but I guess I have to love myself because it's not going to happen.

The video is good but the only thing i don't like is anything to do with Chinese.
In fact the wisdom of ' This too shall pass' is not Chinese, it from Persia. Almost 2000 years ago.
