I am an extra sensitive empath. I see living energy Honestly it took until nearly age 50 to learn about the energetic give and take. How to protect myself. I've also learnt that empaths attract narcissists. Of course we attract the broken so we need to establish boundaries or we get burnt. I pushed who I was down because I did not understand and now that I do I no longer consider it a curse. It truly is a gift.
Same here, but when I come into a room I can sorta tell by the energy what they've been talking about, or who actually they have been gossiping and lying about. I get very put off by all the gossiping they do, gossiping is very low energy.
Negative energy is everywhere along with the positive. You have to reflect the negative and pick up the positive and put it onto you scale of life. We choose our paths and people will always try to steal your dream. So to prevent it we have to find a way spiritually to constantly reflect the negative and always approach every encounter with positive goals. Some people are self absorbed in misery so we have to recognize the toxicity and try to limit our exposure. Any time there is an open forum all of the energy comes out and we all have to be on guard for the curves that negative people send out. Happiness and peace to you.

Incredible, this is exactly what I needed to hear today. I am very empathetic and want to heal people and I have tried to stay in some toxic relationships hoping to heal or help them only to have it hurt myself. I am at a place in personal growth where I am cutting all toxic people from my life and setting a lot of boundaries. I am also changing my future because I have a better vision for my life. I am also learning to take more time to regenerate and learn how to focus on bettering my life and finding my true purpose. Thank you for another great video, and I love watching your art!

Stephan I'm a very strong empath and also gifted and talented and I have a lot of energy yet I'm very loving I'm a healer in many ways. I'm an old soul. So a small things can make large effects. I'm a female leader too. Last thing I am is afraid of a coward. I have had to defend myself all my life from my mom.

Thank you, this resonated on many levels. In my youth I was highly sensitive, cried for any reason. Learned to stuff my emotions even while going through abuse. Always a listener to others to heal them. Became a Social Worker for Health/Mental Health, while growing spiritually, but seeing health and pharma as deadly so I retired. Spirit pushing me to train for Metaphysical Counseling; sensitivity and emotional overload move my heart to heal abused and rescued children, as this is my background. In youth, music and singing were healing me, so intend to pursue healing sounds and music. ALSO,,,, the man I walked away from years ago is on my mind and heart. A doctor with green eyes. I always felt like being an empath was a curse, rather than a blessing or a super power. I’m too spiritual sensitive, I feel or over feel.. everything, the knowing hurts, when loved ones lie, you know, you pick up on people’s pain. People/strangers tell Me their problems. I’m too kind and people take that as weakness/naive. I ended up choosing isolation because I can’t help my senses. Yes, We are healers but who heals an empath?
I am incredibly drawn to creativity including the sole word. Ever since the dark night of the soul phase, I started to have an even more strong pull towards creation. Sometimes it is painting, other times it is writing/speaking/playing instruments. Whatever it is, the thing I want is to express. I often visualize myself playing flute in a place, let's say it's my house. I don't want to involve in thinking. I want the music to ooze out of me. While feeling the music I am playing, I want to lose myself in it. Getting lost in the joy, fascination, excitement, passion, energetic vibration...feeling them with my every cell. Shedding tears of joy, losing the track of time, I want to enjoy it to the very core of my being. It's beautiful beyond expression if somebody near/within my house can experience something and get some peace. It would be truly wonderful. While other times, when I feel like I need peace, I visualize myself playing the flute in the same way but at a secluded place where there is no other person. Just me, my flute and the sounds of nature around me. The music blending with the various sounds of living beings within that place and me losing myself in experiencing everything with absolute awareness. Ngl I literally observed myself imagining these type of things to the extent that I would feel like I was literally experiencing them! I would even cry. My mind would calm down to a great extent. And even at present. Just mere imagination is soothing. I was drawn to these things but I never focused on them in the past. Now I feel like I'm gathering this creative energy that will burst out in future 😂 and I absolutely love doing these things. I love creativity. I love to create especially if it can help others. This video really helped me. And I enjoyed the painting 🤍

I check all those boxes off but all the negativity happening around us really affects me, I also live in the ghetto where I feel so much sadness for the oppression around..best I can do is pray for them and the fear based stuff in the world to end with the help of divinity, love and light
@@dorothykitzinger3925 good morning from Toronto Canada...I dont feel sad but my point was I feel other people's sadness when I observe..for example seeing people chase addiction, seeing people sleep on the streets and even the judgment these people get from the way people in cars or people in the community walking by look at them..one time while on subway transit me and a lady I didnt know walked through the doors, there was a young man mentally I'll with his shoes off, it was a very overwhelming smell and the lady starts a conversation with me saying "see that, hes doing that on purpose stinking up the train"..instantly my heart dropping with both compassion and sadness says to the woman in a calm voice "well aren't we lucky not to have lived his life" and who knows how this world has treated him" then she changed her demeanor and awkwardly moved away from me..then a tear fell from my eyes..all I could do way look at the woman trying not to judge and say a prayer for her to learn something from what I said and prayed for the mentally I'll homeless man for God to give him joy somehow..other than that I try and be balanced, and full of source light and love and do only what I'm able without offending people out of ego and only offend like o did the lady with my words to teach
@David Dear to be an empath is sometimes so hard and try not to be one the feelings can destroy u. I've gotten better because like I said or didn't say if I can't take care of myself and empathetic feelings iam no good to amyone else. But I will get there and put those feelings somewhere in my heart so I don't have to be so overwhelmed about situations of people's disasters when mine was for a long time. Now I think just in the moment and if I can't help I let it go. I hope u will beable also to do that. Everything is perfect the way it is. Can't live another way. Take care David

@@Borboleta1212 It's definitely a learning process and helping people who don't want it or are not ready for it can be very very draining but it's trial and error til we can find a technique that works..I recommend being an example instead of promoting your help unless your asked for it ..that works great for me as simply being an example attracts people

I have always known that I was a little different.. I have had people walk up to me out of the blue and ask me for advice or I have walked up to a couple and told them that they had problems and they ask how did I know.. I have walked up to 2 different people and asked them if they were a certain profession and I was right.. I can tell if someone is positive or negative.,.. But when I say something in my family, they say that I am the crazy one.. Sometimes, I know things...I just thought that I am weird... I have healed animals- I have a way of knowing what's in an animals mind.. I can feel people 's physical pain... I can listen and give advice.. I just thought that I am grounded because I'm a Taurus... This really made me think.Thank you...

I known for past 5years that I'm an empath, I have been telling people that I'm an empath they never understood,worse part is when someone lies to me or when I'm drawing negative energies or other people pains in events that I attended or if I decide to buy a second hand furniture the energy in that makes me sick and I go home to my kids only that I will be drained by outside world.So now I just go to work come back home that way I don't suffer alot but can still tell when people are not genuine..

It's true. I know when someone is lying.and all the rest. I trust my intuition, my Inner Guiding Force, will let me know. Sometimes I cannot go into a building because of the "alarms" going off in my solar plexus. Listening is healing for the one who speak s. That 100% attention allows us to "hear" in between the lines. You MUST learn to say NO. I have people confessing to me since I'm 12 years of age. That's 60 years now! I have people confess to murder twice. They are tortured by guilt and need to express it. I don't judge. It is true about self judgment...we can be our own worst enemy. Sensitivity....oh my goodness...it is a roller coaster at times. Our home is filled with crystals. They are our friends. Communication with plants is helpful too. I buy some that are not totally healthy and bring them back to full vibrant life. It's wonderful. Ive been hiding myself 4 years because I moved into a highly conservative strata. They don't understand.
I think its a curse! When you sense all of the lies and manipulation you realize how very few honest people are left! People were more honest and real years ago! Sad!!

My girlfriend told me she felt so much better and at peace with what she was sad about, hurt about right after I sat with her and listened to her talk about something she had just gone through. It made me happy to have had that affect on her just by listening. I also have had to leave an area I was amongst a lot of people because I felt an overwhelming amount of negative energy to the extent that I was feeling so uncomfortable and I'll. I used to think I was clostrofobic, but I finally realized that I was an empath after hearing from a video about how empaths are more sensitive to others energy. I can spot a dishonest person instantly, and sometimes I let them know that I'm not falling for what they are telling me and they act shocked at first, but don't try to do it again cuz they know I'm not havin it! I stay with the good flow, but gracefully leave a bad flow! I believe in my talents and express myself with genuine care and concern for others! Thankful for you Gasper.... you're amazing! I had breakdown 7 years ago i just turned 30 .i was struggling confused my anxiety and depression worsened .i could noy sleep for days so my mom reached out to phycharist that had seen in the past knows my history .he prescribed medication to put to sleep and slept .the next day i woke feeling weird i gnored my anxiety and fear become unbearable .that medicatiob affected me i started see hearing things on the tv i would disociste and vivid dreams in where i could feel every pain imaginable the things i felt physcially and saw in those dreams were crushing.i remember lucid moments i would say omg im empath omg .and spiral but you see the medication i took affected me so i cant trust it .. .i got sent to the phych ward .never been the same since . I just feel peoples vibes ,the look on the face says so much . Shift in voice or feeling have tell somebody something that they just to need to hear .its all confusing ..i could just be overly sensitive .

I feel almost whole my life when someone says something not true, I always feels that. Even if someone doing some manipulation.I feel energy for example when I'm going somewhere,street, restaurant, new places, I can feel. Many places I don't like visiting becouse first visit I maybe feeling negative energy there.
Since my childhood I don’t ask people too much are you okey,they just come and when I say hello how are you doing lately then she/he immediately starts their problems and that is usually a personal think that normally they’d be avoid to listen I’m used to it not and I’m so grateful that I can understand people and can help them even when they’re having hard time to explain I can say the exact words that they think or feel 🙏🙏
IM an empath. I didnt live my life, I survived it. Physical, verbal, mental and sexual abuse. No one has been there for me. I need someone to heal ME! IM tired. Ive now been stuck w a narcissist and it almost drained the light out of me. Then something inside me said fight! So IM struggling, but once again... Surviving. I cant wait for the day where I can have the freedom from surviving and finally be free to live. I think after ive survived hell I deserve abundance in all areas of my life.

As i am a Histic healer, people flock to me. I am a Certified Massage Therapist of thirty years and i broke my healing down. My clients took all my energy. I can't even move thru space anymore.

This was really interesting for me. I only recently have been hearing about empaths and connecting it to myself. I'm wondering if it is possible to be more empathic with certain groups of people. I'm a retired teacher/librarian and after listening to this I started thinking about the really close relationships I had with my students. I could connect with them on a level that a lot of others couldn't. I worked mainly with teenagers and I can easily say that those were the most wonderful moments of my life. I never received any awards and a lot of times I felt inadequate as a teacher, but I never felt that way when I was working with them on personal problems. If anyone has any thoughts about this I would really love to hear them.
I have a question, the ringing in my ears has stopped and no Migraine. I've been going thru both for a good year now. Does this mean the downloads or upgrades are complete? Is there any way that we can test this?
The ringing is a sigh to pay attention to your surroundings and thoughts and pay attention to what your about to do or have done mostly itll be before you do it we can obtain invinte growth so it's not like its done it could be a sigh your on the right path by making good decisions through your heart there will be no sighns trying to guild someone who's on the right path currently you'll be in a high vibration constantly and feel great when on the right path you feel it 😇💯

Like a line going from one ear to the other only the line goes inside my brain, and that's the source of the sound..it has nothing to do with the ears.

I’m too kind and people take that as weakness/naive. I ended up choosing isolation because I can’t help my senses. Yes, We are healers but who heals an empath?

Mine is the energy and feelings... I feel everything its really hard when you don't understand it.
I am incredibly drawn to creativity including the sole word. Ever since the dark night of the soul phase, I started to have an even more strong pull towards creation. Sometimes it is painting, other times it is writing/speaking/playing instruments. Whatever it is, the thing I want is to express.
I often visualize myself playing flute in a place, let's say it's my house. I don't want to involve in thinking. I want the music to ooze out of me. While feeling the music I am playing, I want to lose myself in it. Getting lost in the joy, fascination, excitement, passion, energetic vibration...feeling them with my every cell. Shedding tears of joy, losing the track of time, I want to enjoy it to the very core of my being. It's beautiful beyond expression if somebody near/within my house can experience something and get some peace. It would be truly wonderful. While other times, when I feel like I need peace, I visualize myself playing the flute in the same way but at a secluded place where there is no other person. Just me, my flute and the sounds of nature around me. The music blending with the various sounds of living beings within that place and me losing myself in experiencing everything with absolute awareness. Ngl I literally observed myself imagining these type of things to the extent that I would feel like I was literally experiencing them! I would even cry. My mind would calm down to a great extent. And even at present. Just mere imagination is soothing.
I was drawn to these things but I never focused on them in the past. Now I feel like I'm gathering this creative energy that will burst out in future 😂 and I absolutely love doing these things. I love creativity. I love to create especially if it can help others.

I check all those boxes off but all the negativity happening around us really affects me, I also live in the ghetto where I feel so much sadness for the oppression around..best I can do is pray for them and the fear based stuff in the world to end with the help of divinity, love and light

@@dorothykitzinger3925 good morning from Toronto Canada...I dont feel sad but my point was I feel other people's sadness when I observe..for example seeing people chase addiction, seeing people sleep on the streets and even the judgment these people get from the way people in cars or people in the community walking by look at them..one time while on subway transit me and a lady I didnt know walked through the doors, there was a young man mentally I'll with his shoes off, it was a very overwhelming smell and the lady starts a conversation with me saying "see that, hes doing that on purpose stinking up the train"..instantly my heart dropping with both compassion and sadness says to the woman in a calm voice "well aren't we lucky not to have lived his life" and who knows how this world has treated him" then she changed her demeanor and awkwardly moved away from me..then a tear fell from my eyes..all I could do way look at the woman trying not to judge and say a prayer for her to learn something from what I said and prayed for the mentally I'll homeless man for God to give him joy somehow..other than that I try and be balanced, and full of source light and love and do only what I'm able without offending people out of ego and only offend like o did the lady with my words to teach
@David Dear to be an empath is sometimes so hard and try not to be one the feelings can destroy u. I've gotten better because like I said or didn't say if I can't take care of myself and empathetic feelings iam no good to amyone else. But I will get there and put those feelings somewhere in my heart so I don't have to be so overwhelmed about situations of people's disasters when mine was for a long time. Now I think just in the moment and if I can't help I let it go. I hope u will beable also to do that. Everything is perfect the way it is. Can't live another way. Take care David
@@Dave-zj8vq I relate to what you’re saying. Especially when there are too many people for me alone to help . I’m getting better at observing and seeing what I can practically do to help instead of absorbing - however it’s very much a work in progress!
@@Borboleta1212 It's definitely a learning process and helping people who don't want it or are not ready for it can be very very draining but it's trial and error til we can find a technique that works..I recommend being an example instead of promoting your help unless your asked for it ..that works great for me as simply being an example attracts people

The colors in this painting are so beautiful! You opened my eyes, I've always had discernment about when people lie to me. And I have always despised lying. So I think now that I've been too hasty, maybe I should listen to where their pain is coming from, and maybe I could help them to heal whatever it is that makes them lie...

I have always known that I was a little different.. I have had people walk up to me out of the blue and ask me for advice or I have walked up to a couple and told them that they had problems and they ask how did I know.. I have walked up to 2 different people and asked them if they were a certain profession and I was right.. I can tell if someone is positive or negative.,.. But when I say something in my family, they say that I am the crazy one.. Sometimes, I know things...I just thought that I am weird... I have healed animals- I have a way of knowing what's in an animals mind.. I can feel people 's physical pain... I can listen and give advice..

I known for past 5years that I'm an empath, I have been telling people that I'm an empath they never understood,worse part is when someone lies to me or when I'm drawing negative energies or other people pains in events that I attended or if I decide to buy a second hand furniture the energy in that makes me sick and I go home to my kids only that I will be drained by outside world.So now I just go to work come back home that way I don't suffer alot but can still tell when people are not genuine..
Oh yes, I'm very empathic. All this videos Ive seen on You Tube and this video just sealed the deal so- to- speak. It's funny how we were all on lock down and now a lot if people are realizing who they are. The saying in the song, I once was lost and now I am found. I didn't know what it meant exactly and now I do. And it seems in these last couple of years quite a few people are finding themselves and I think that's awesome. Icluding myself. Wow I do feel all kinds of energy's every where I go ! I can even feel the earth moving sometimes , & I have insight I never understood & I am 57 years old & I have help people , yet I have physical disabilities , some how helps me help others ! 🙏😔
It's true. I know when someone is lying.and all the rest. I trust my intuition, my Inner Guiding Force, will let me know. Sometimes I cannot go into a building because of the "alarms" going off in my solar plexus. Listening is healing for the one who speak s. That 100% attention allows us to "hear" in between the lines. You MUST learn to say NO. I have people confessing to me since I'm 12 years of age. That's 60 years now! I have people confess to murder twice. They are tortured by guilt and need to express it. I don't judge. It is true about self judgment...we can be our own worst enemy.
Sensitivity....oh my goodness...it is a roller coaster at times.
Our home is filled with crystals. They are our friends.
Communication with plants is helpful too. I buy some that are not totally healthy and bring them back to full vibrant life. It's wonderful.
Ive been hiding myself 4 years because I moved into a highly conservative strata. They don't understand.

My girlfriend told me she felt so much better and at peace with what she was sad about, hurt about right after I sat with her and listened to her talk about something she had just gone through. It made me happy to have had that affect on her just by listening. I also have had to leave an area I was amongst a lot of people because I felt an overwhelming amount of negative energy to the extent that I was feeling so uncomfortable and I'll. I used to think I was clostrofobic, but I finally realized that I was an empath after hearing from a video about how empaths are more sensitive to others energy. I can spot a dishonest person instantly, and sometimes I let them know that I'm not falling for what they are telling me and they act shocked at first, but don't try to do it again cuz they know I'm not havin it! I stay with the good flow, but gracefully leave a bad flow! I believe in my talents and express myself with genuine care and concern for others! Thankful for you Gasper.... you're amazing! I had breakdown 7 years ago i just turned 30 .i was struggling confused my anxiety and depression worsened .i could noy sleep for days so my mom reached out to phycharist that had seen in the past knows my history .he prescribed medication to put to sleep and slept .the next day i woke feeling weird i gnored my anxiety and fear become unbearable .that medicatiob affected me i started see hearing things on the tv i would disociste and vivid dreams in where i could feel every pain imaginable the things i felt physcially and saw in those dreams were crushing.i remember lucid moments i would say omg im empath omg .and spiral but you see the medication i took affected me so i cant trust it .. .i got sent to the phych ward .never been the same since . I just feel peoples vibes ,the look on the face says so much . Shift in voice or feeling have tell somebody something that they just to need to hear .its all confusing ..i could just be overly sensitive .

I feel almost whole my life when someone says something not true, I always feels that. Even if someone doing some manipulation.I feel energy for example when I'm going somewhere,street, restaurant, new places, I can feel. Many places I don't like visiting becouse first visit I maybe feeling negative energy there.
Since my childhood I don’t ask people too much are you okey,they just come and when I say hello how are you doing lately then she/he immediately starts their problems and that is usually a personal think that normally they’d be avoid to listen I’m used to it not and I’m so grateful that I can understand people and can help them even when they’re having hard time to explain I can say the exact words that they think or feel 🙏🙏

IM an empath. I didnt live my life, I survived it. Physical, verbal, mental and sexual abuse. No one has been there for me. I need someone to heal ME! IM tired. Ive now been stuck w a narcissist and it almost drained the light out of me. Then something inside me said fight! So IM struggling, but once again... Surviving. I cant wait for the day where I can have the freedom from surviving and finally be free to live. I think after ive survived hell I deserve abundance in all areas of my life.
Im Empatic. And it Sucks!! I can't walk out of my home without feeling the urge to vomit. I can feel energy from across the street. People feel my energy from afar and comment to me about it. As i am a Histic healer, people flock to me. I am a Certified Massage Therapist of thirty years and i broke my healing down. My clients took all my energy. I can't even move thru space anymore.

We Empaths have to learn how to protect our energy from Energy Vampires etc. Golden circles of protection around us etc.
This was really interesting for me. I only recently have been hearing about empaths and connecting it to myself. I'm wondering if it is possible to be more empathic with certain groups of people. I'm a retired teacher/librarian and after listening to this I started thinking about the really close relationships I had with my students. I could connect with them on a level that a lot of others couldn't. I worked mainly with teenagers and I can easily say that those were the most wonderful moments of my life. I never received any awards and a lot of times I felt inadequate as a teacher, but I never felt that way when I was working with them on personal problems. If anyone has any thoughts about this I would really love to hear them.

I have a question, the ringing in my ears has stopped and no Migraine. I've been going thru both for a good year now.

The ringing is a sigh to pay attention to your surroundings and thoughts and pay attention to what your about to do or have done mostly itll be before you do it we can obtain invinte growth so it's not like its done it could be a sigh your on the right path by making good decisions through your heart there will be no sighns trying to guild someone who's on the right path currently you'll be in a high vibration constantly and feel great when on the right path you feel it 😇💯
@@infinitegrowth4417 something interesting, if I close my eyes and feel the ringing in my ears, it doesn't come from my ears, it's coming from the center of my brain. Like a line going from one ear to the other only the line goes inside my brain, and that's the source of the sound..it has nothing to do with the ears.

I'm glad I found this because I'm just a few years ago realized that I am not abnormal and crazy I am not what I have been thinking about myself since I was small and I was different than the other kids.
