Look I'm not a professional I don't play this on TV. I mean that we're in the 2026 "Plus or minus" window. Statistics have three important variables (moar really but we're being simple): the mean, the variance, and the confidence level. So if you see a poll of a politician that says the electorate's approval of them is 22% +/-3% the 22% is the mean, the +/-3% is the variance, and one thing is always missing when this stuff is published in a newspaper and that is the confidence level: how likely is it that this 22% falls within the +/-3% (which is not the same as how confident we are that it is exactly 22%). Is it +/-3% with a 95% confidence level? a 99.5% confidence level? or a 99.99% confidence level. The road runs out in the real estate cycle in 2026 _plus or minus some variance, with some level of confidence_ - lets say that variance is plus or minus 18 months (a year and a half). That means we are now in the window of when the road could be running out. It will probably happen when people at our level of the information filter are not warned of it until "oops too late suckers."
Entire crypto influencers' daily podcasts are about harping upon the same chords againad again and collecting rewards from YT and CT. Without these experts, most crypto holders will live in peace and make good decisions
I wouldn't be so sure. The data shows the most in the market buy too late and panic sell at the worst time. The charts lead the way, which is what I aim to show everyone in my videos.
