- Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun is an All Inclusive Resort in Cancun, Mexico. The International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away. Taxis, private shuttles, and vacation package transportation are all options for getting from the airport to the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. This beautiful seaside resort features distinctive Mexican architecture and a warm and friendly ambiance in which guests can relax and unwind. The resort has about 500 guest rooms, all of which are designed for comfort and style. Each room has modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a minibar, and its own balcony or patio with views of the Caribbean Sea or the resort's lush gardens. Guests at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun may enjoy a range of gastronomic experiences, with various on-site restaurants and bars to select from. There's something for everyone, whether it's buffet-style at Kalmia Restaurant, tasty Italian food at Rosato, or a refreshing drink at one of the bars.
IN CONCLUSION, our stay at this resort was good, and we had an enjoyable time. The resort is well organized, with all the amenities within a few minutes' walk, making it suitable for folks who don't like walking long distances. The combination of pools directly on the beach and stunning sceneries make this a popular destination for many visitors; also, the staff's warm and hardworking attitude will make you feel at ease. On the downside, the mattress in the room was lumpy, which made sleeping uncomfortable- it's time to replace it! Also, for a couple of evenings, the music was too loud till 1:00 AM, and we could hear it in our room, which was OK for us but could be bothersome for others. Finally, the hotel received 4.5 stars for our stay and is unquestionably a destination where you may spend your next vacation.

Value to Money - 5/5 Stars (We got a good discount on this resort when we booked it.)
Location - 5/5 Stars (Amazing location on one of the best beaches in Mexico.)
Beach - 5/5 Stars (White sand beach with turquoise water.)
Reception - 5/5 Stars (The staff was really informed and skilled. As VIP guests, we enjoyed a quick and straightforward check-in, which was included in our Expedia booking.)
Service - 4.5/5 Stars
Buffet - 4.5/5 Stars (Excellent service and delicious food, however I would add more food options.)
Restaurants - 4.5/5 Stars (Italian restaurant “Rosato” was our favorite.)
Rooms - 4.5/5 Stars (Everything worked well, but the room was slightly dated.)
Sleep Quality - 4/5 Stars (The mattress in the room was lumpy, which made sleeping uncomfortable.)
Cleanliness - 5/5 Stars (The staff was constantly cleaning and organizing the surrounds and facilities.)
Internet - 4.5/5 Stars (Internet worked almost perfectly.)

We enjoyed an incredible Christmas holiday here. Great hotel, lovely, clean, and the friendliest staff I've ever met. The pools were large, and there were plenty of activities to do. The beach is a jewel because it is so blue and the sand is white and soft. Definitely a nice place to spend your vacation. Excellent video tour, detailed and well filmed!

Fantastic resort with excellent service. We enjoyed the pool and the gorgeous beach, where we had a great time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view. The views are just breathtaking, and the sunrise was spectacular!! Food selections were plentiful and only a short walk away. Thank you for sharing the video tour; it brings back a lot of happy memories!

We had a good vacation here a couple of years ago, although the noise level from the lobby became too excessive at times during the night for a few days. The staff was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the views were simply spectacular, with an incredible beach right in front of the hotel. Excellent review!

Everyone was working quite hard, and I assume it was at full capacity throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Beautiful interior greenery and blue-water beaches with fine white sand. Wonderful holiday with loads of fun. Excellent video.

I stayed here last year and had an ok time, not o say bad. The noise was extremely loud at night, and management did nothing about it. I understand that they must delight the partygoers, but they must also consider all of the guests; after all, we all pay for our vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful, however the beach was full of sargassum, which I understand is not their fault because they have been slammed with high levels of seaweed coming to Cancun during the low season, but I believe they could have additional activities around the pool to compensate for the beach. The video is well filmed.

Very beautiful and organized hotel. Is not that big but it has all you need in walking distance. The staff is amazing and very happy which makes the guests feel welcome while they are there! Good review and gorgeous scenery!

How busy was the beach, hard to find beach chairs?
After 10 AM, you won't find beach chairs, everything is reserved.
How was the food?
The food was good and tasty. There were not too many choices at the buffet, I would definitely add more options, other than this, no complaints 😉.
