Best to completely grow your own food, harvest it from your own garden, and wash it and then you know where it comes from and what it has in it. Stay away from processed foods and ketchup is actually very easy to make

Right! Anything made in factories is allowed to have a certain amount of ground up bugs, etc. Don't know why people are surprised about finding worms. They just didn't get ground up so you can't see what they are anymore.

Absolutely 💯 it is DISGUSTING!! Ppl would start doing their own farming!! Which we should all do tbh! We depend too much on FACTORIES!! Ppl talk about how they don't want to go to restaurants etc sometimes because they don't want other people making or touching their food well...... They don't realize how much their food is put through before it even gets to their counters!!!! 😂

I worked at a small restaurant chain. We did not rotate the ketchup. We were told to keep reusing and refilling the catchup bottles but I was disgusted with that idea because I am a germAfobe, so when they weren’t looking, I would throw the (nearly) empty ketchup bottles in the trash. I was not going to simply keep refilling the same bottle that’s been on the table for a month…

She was the only one who would do her duties correctly. She had to take apart the ice cream machine and clean every inch of it because, while she was for a health issue, no one wanted to clean it properly. Lets just say no one wants maggots in their ice cream, they were all in the tubes between the liquid ice cream bag and the machine that would freeze it all the way into the part that would hold the frozen ice cream. The bag itself had to be thrown away because the maggots got in there too, and it was a full bag. Just, be careful when it comes to fast food places, they don't get paid enough to deal with nasty customers and do their jobs right apparently.

Poor little froggy😢 He got stuck in the spinach. That happens a lot, it's organic. It's a big machine that picks all of the spinach leaves. Usually not handpicked so sometimes little mice frogs stuff like that gets stuck. Believe me it's FDA approved for a certain amount of bugs to be in canned vegetables as well.

You should see the tomatoes that are used to make sauce (ketchup)
Soft, almost rotten, very often the maggots are inside.
Also people refrigerate sauce, Vegemite, peanut butter, jam etc.
Flies will lay eggs in your open product and you'll have maggots in the condiments.

If people are going to eat grains, cereal, etc, they should be refrigerated as well. Because insects lay their eggs in the grain at some point and the eggs will hatch leading to weevils. Cold temps prevent the eggs from hatching.

I make my own condiments because I cannot digest sugar, and most everything on the shelves these days has sugar, or high fructose corn syrup; which is even worse for our health. I make my own yogurt and cream cheese as well. The flavor is so good. I can add raw honey or full fruit spreads, with no added sugar. I make my own fruit jams by cooking down the fruit till soft, then add honey to taste, then freeze in small jars.

She was severely and dangerously allergic. She couldn't even have fruit either..... There was an incident in home-ec where we were making homemade candy, and the vapor from the stove sent her to the hospital! It happened SO QUICKLY too.
I felt soooo bad for the poor girl 😕 She always had to bring her own food to school parties and events, etc..

I called Hostess, they arranged to come pick it up and gave me some coupons which I threw away, I couldn't eat them ever again! They did get back to me though, which many companies never do, so I'll give them credit for that. It ended up to be part of a cleaning rag!! I kept a little piece of it just in case and I could see it was a ripped piece of a rag. That was over 5 years ago and I haven't eaten anything from Hostess since then.
