I would try maybe like using sand paper on the bottom of the slippery flats and see if roughing them up a bit will help. You could even rub them on concrete.
Another possible solution, which may not look great but then again people don't often see the bottom of your shoes, is to put swirls of glue underneath (like hot glue) to create some texture - you can also sand paper over it. I did that to a pair of shoes that were super slippery and it helped a lot! Tried to just sandpaper them first but the bottoms were pretty hard plastic so it didn't do much but the glue helped. Obviously needs to be liquid glue though, not a stick haha

For the second shoe, it’s not glue... it’s the plastic protection on the sole. U have to peer it off
