Wow I just stumbled across this video. My Father and I actually built this house with a Architectural Firm out of Duluth GA. almost 20 years ago. It took five years to Build this amazingly beautiful home. with the amount of Concrete And Stone it will stand the test of time. It is a solid investment.
Funny I just stumbled across this video as well, I was the person that actually sold this lot when I was working for the Cliffs Communities over 20 years ago. I introduced them to the architect Stephen Fuller out of Atlanta and I’m still working with Stephen today on some very creative projects. This magnificent site feels like you’re floating in the sky.
I just realized that I DO recognize this home! It’s stunning but there is no place to build a pool! That was my lottery win wishful thinking! 😂 You truly must love to golf for this one! ❤
@@SkyCamProduction gotcha. I love unique builds and unique humans. Always just wanted to sit and talk with people whom reside in the mtn areas of our state. I wish one day I could live there. Some of the places on Keowee are like another world.
My brother works for the group that owns The Cliffs. I had a delivery to the top of the mountain! Their front yard was in South Carolina and their back yard was in North Carolina! 😂 I did not care for the switchback road up or down! 😳

Those were not gas fireplaces. This house was absolutely breathtaking. The owner designed it himself and is the VP of HomeDepot.
