    Part 6: • Cassidy on Ar-Ab's 45-...
Part 8: • Cassidy on Being Offer...
    Part 1: • Cassidy Doesn't Think ...
    --------
In this clip, Cassidy weighs in on Taxstone being found guilty of manslaughter back in March by saying that law officials need to come out with better ways of rehabilitating people other than jail. He also talks about the process of sending innocent people to prison. As the Q&A session moves along, Coach PR asks Cassidy, if he would have taken the stand to defend himself in a murder case. Then prompts a brief discussion about him being on trial for manslaughter back in 2005.

When you're a black man convicted of a crime lawyers will half way work for you! You have to make them do the job that you paid to retain them for. I actually fault Taxstone for giving up so easily. I understand where he and you are coming from. But remember the objective is to protect the victims and others who have nothing to do with their mental health.
Case in point. The school system now tries to protect the bully rather than protecting the victims. In my day it was an automatic 10 days if you fought. Now they say the kid is missing too much time from school and he gone be behind when he come back and blah blah blah. He won't doing nothing while he was at school but terrorizing.
Yet now he back in 3 days and still bullying and victimizing kids who have nothing to do with his messed up upbringing. They need to be separated from people who are trying to do the right thing regardless. It still ultimately comes downs to choices and decisions and they have rewards and consequences.

Guarantee if someone did something to his family his child etc if he has any and if the police arrested the person and if youre not going to jail to get the person for revenge and then folks ask do you want to take the stand for your family, folks will be on some other ish , how the hell you become a snitch if someone shoots you and you ain’t got no relationship with them ? I wouldn’t give a f how much time or if a person suffers the rest of their life, that BS about not wishing jail on your enemy, if you’re my enemy you can be set on fire 🔥 and I wouldn’t piss on you 😅

Taxstone is a loud mouth. What’s interesting about Taxstones beef with Troy Ave is that it was very public. Taxstone made tweets about Troy Ave, IG post about him, did interviews with Vlad and other podcast platforms talking negatively about Troy Ave. The beef started on the internet and not in the streets. Taxstone made it very clear that he despised Troy Ave publicly. How was Troy supposed to just stay quiet about the situation?

To me its not about street code. Its just principles. You do what you do. Speak your peace without incriminating anyone. Let the cops do they thing. I had a murder, extortion, conspiracy case and was offered the stand. Not to snitch but to say it was wrong place wrong time. But from the hood or not my principles wont allow me to do any fuck shit like that. Luckily things worked out n the case was dismissed. Troy went the shook route he wasnt tryna see tax on the street again
