So I’m scrolling throw Spotify to see if they’re any other canucks out there who talk about Nickelback as much as I do, and lord and behold, I find some old familiar faces!
Hey guys! It’s “Cody Mac” from grade school and high school. So good to see you guys and it’s so nice to see you’ve still remained friends.
This is a core memory, but I did my speech back in either grade seven or eight on Nickelback. They’ve been a long time guilty pleasure of mine. They were my first concert I ever went to, which was at Jos Louis Arena (RIP) back in the summer of 2007. Feed the Machine has eclipsed All The Right Reasons of being my favourite album by them. When I found out they were releasing a documentary in Toronto, my butt was in that movie theatre seat with a bucket of popcorn. I’ve been told a couple times I resembled Chad Kroeger (which I still don’t know if it’s an insult or a compliment, but nonetheless, I’ll still take it!)
Anyways, it’s crazy that you guys just popped up like this. Made my day! I’m gonna give a listen to the backlog episodes of your show! Keep it up guys!

What a crazy full circle coincidence haha! It's great to hear from you man! We normally talk about movies but we also love music so their documentary was a great segway and the guys had no hesitation to bring Nickelback to the podcast! I can definitely agree that Nickelback is a guilty pleasure of mine as well! I wish I got to see them growing up but never got the chance or took the step to go to a concert! Feed the machine is one of my favorites as well! Album Rips! I'm glad you enjoyed the episode, and hopefully older and future episodes!
