EVERYTHING CHANGED THO I just got him 10 minutes ago with exactly 1500 cubes left and the banner only Lv.2 (0.4% chance) I screamed like a demon in the whole house lmao. Now I just have to wait 2 days to get him for free.
You can get him for free man, and the quests aren't even that hard. Maybe the 60 missions but just doing the simple ones and the dailies and you're good !
