Agar Agar Coconut Jelly Dessert

In this video I will show you step by step on how to make this super delicious and refreshing Agar Agar Coconut Jelly. It is very easy to make yet very tasty. This is the best dessert to make during summer. I hope you will like it and give it a try to see for yours.
Ingredients:
9 cups water
3 1/2 cups / 27 oz ( 2 can 13.5 oz ) coconut milk
1 1/4 cups sugar (add more if you like sweeter)
1 pack 0.88 oz ( 25 g ) agar agar powder
2 eggs
1 tablespoon rice flour (red bag) it's purpose is to make the jelly white and prevent water moisture after chilled.
Tip: Add agar agar powder into the water, stir and let it sit for 15 minutes before cooking. This will let the agar agar powder to absorb water for easier cooking.
