    Greg's workouts are more than adequate enough to achieve an impressive physique. Secondly, who are you all to speak on behalf of viewers? Were the information as horrid as you make it out to be, I'm sure he wouldn't have this many devotees. Evidently, the people are satisfied. And lastly, it's up to the viewers to determine whether or not Greg's info is "the shit", or shit. If you two can better serve the people, serve up the content, with equally, if not more, impressive physiques.
    Biters.

    • @waynefilkins8394
      @waynefilkins8394 3 роки тому

      @@nathanmckenzie2148 IMO those workouts are trash anyway. Severe over-lifting. I don't think Greg actually did that much, he's just trying to help people see crazy results in a month, but if he himself actually did this he would probably agree that it's over-training. I was just doing the morning mass workout, often taking every other day off (lift 1 day, rest 1 day, etc.) and I saw insane results. Like my muscles started taking exactly the same shape of his. If you look at my profile pic it was taking after like 3 months of doing that. Almost unrealistic results for that amount of time. I was also eating an awful diet and not taking as much protein as he recommends. But anyway I wouldn't worry about the evening workout, just do some cardio from time to time if you really want to do something to replace it. Morning mass is where it's at.

    I was waiting for your true colors to show. I couldn't care less about your devotion to Greg. Regardless to whatever you say, you lack credibility. Mr. Plitt has the physique to support his assertions, what do you have? Publicity stunt or not, if he claims that these type of movements induced growth, who are you to question him? From my experience, no two people are alike (queue the submission of prestigious peer reviewed articles), and various body types respond differently.
    Do better.

    You guys know he made some serious bank by doing this. Probably dieted down for a week or two to get lean, showed up, got sprayed & a good pump going and put on his game face when the camera lights came on. He's a fitness model, that's his job. Show up for the shoot looking ripped and try & sell the shit no latter what. So don't take any of this to literally people...his day to day routine is more than likely a far contrast from anything in this video.

  • @Asgardberserk
    @Asgardberserk 11 років тому

    i find it funny how people bash greg about this routine. GREG HIMSELF knows it don't build mass. ONLY reason he did it was for MONEY. If someone paid you couple of thousands to workout an say a bunch of bogus crap would you do it ? fuck YES you would. Greg knows what he is doing...why? look at his body. you don't get that kind of body withOUT the right knowledge of working out an proper dieting. Greg gets paid to promote FACTS an in this case BULLSHIT. Doesn't take away that Greg is shredded.

  • @Asgardberserk
    @Asgardberserk 11 років тому

    He simply got PAID to demonstrate a MILITARY workout regardless if what he says is true or not. This is NOT meant for Bodybuilders like myself or power lifters, we ALL know that. Greg knows that. he did it for the money not because he believe this workout works. This routine focus's on muscular endurance & stamina. Not muscle building an overall strength. Your workouts should be in line with your Goals. Know your goals an & find routines, workouts, that will help you get to your goals.

  • @harshiljoshi
    @harshiljoshi 11 років тому

    I admire greg but his exercises are impossible for majority people to perform and we have to keep in mind, mostly all beginners watches videos to learn! those who already knows they are less likely to see.. Its highly risky exercises .. Hope greg will come up with some basic fundamental exercises next time.. so we can understand his ideas on exercises and form information..

  • @Ravenstalk
    @Ravenstalk 11 років тому

    Dont want to argue but its not about the grip as it is like about exercise...lateral pulldowns and close grip underhand grip pullups create the wings. Wide grip pullups go more for the inner back and rear deltoids. Its not like the wider grip the wider back. Besides Greg looks ok for a model but poor traps, almost no traps. That makes shoulder look bigger ;-)

  • @ruslanapas
    @ruslanapas 11 років тому

    perhaps you need to change the gym .... (that's just crap - perhaps your gym should remove weights too 'oo omg people are lifting iron ... it should sit around and get rusted lol' .... you can combine another strength workout ...

  • @kcgrappler
    @kcgrappler 11 років тому

    Well, if you knew anything about training, the principle is obvious. You can't train your body parts with the same exercises repeatedly - they just adapts. That's pretty basic, but maybe you're confusing playing video games with training.
