The trouble with the National accosiation for Pre Menstrual is that its from a distance and even after following their advise life is still unbearable, it to me hasn't got a real solution when women are doing those same things already to help themselves. Its the same with the nhs, they tell you to contact Mind or the NAPS above if you're in uk that is and Then they say all the same stuff!! What a needless stressful run around.. PS your sound quality is not good.
