hey this time the central board of education issued only one document which is a mark sheet cum certificate. that same certificate is used as a transcript and graduation certificate. then in gks should I attach the same transcript and graduation certificate.
2. In my mark sheet there are grades as well as marks mentioned but not the total percentage so for that what will I do. should I write the percentile by calculating on my own or do I have to get an additional certificate
Hello, did you have a graduation certificate? I mean the 12 th marksheet is considered as graguation certificate right or both are different. Bcz i have two certificate first is marksheet or second is board certificate it state that i am graduated from this school

In my documents on my mareheet my mother's sir name is different from voter ID card i am going to submit my mother's voter ID card as proof of citizenship and my proofing my citizenship i am going to submit my passport here my question is do i need to make gazette for my mother's name ???? Actually I have completed my 12 th this year in April and I have also got my results . So am I eligible to apply for gks scholarship 2023 this September ??
(1) .
I am not getting any transcript from school ... therefore submitting 10,11,12 all three marksheet will be fine or not... also do I have to appostille all 3 marksheet or only 12 th marksheet for submission??
(2) . What to submit as a high school diploma?
(3) . My marksheet has obtained marks /total Marks they follow percentage system but they had not provided percentage on marksheet so should I calculate by myself.
Also it's not cgpa so writing percentage in those columns will work or not .
(3) My school is also not accepting scholaro conversion so submitting top 20% percent certificate is enough or not.
(4). I am submitting a document stating my medium of study was English.... Will it be fine ?

As u said you applied through both tracks did you apostile the documents twice? and did u have enough time to reapply after embassy round, ?
1. Last year , embassy accepted documents with just notary so I didn’t apostille them twice .
2. Only one university has the deadline remaining so I could apply to it

I know the selection criteria is very vast and beyond our interpretation and imagination but if i hold topik level 2 then will it give any additional points? (I totally understand that other aspects of the application matters a lot too)
TOPIK level 2 doesn’t qualify for 10% additional points but it might give you a little more points than your counterparts with similar profile

Thanks for the video rishal. I've been mentally preparing for this scholarship since two years and I've read the guideliness thoroughly 9+ times. My only doubts-
1. Here you mentioned apostille notary and sdm attestation so, send my 10 11 and 12 transcript and other few doc to the agency, they will do both apostille and sdm. And after recieveing apostilled docs, i should take photo copy of it and then do the notary right ?
2. In india, english is our first medium so instead of ielts or toefl, can i get an offical certificate stating english language was first medium and have studied it for 12 long years ? I know it doesnt give any points but still wanted to know
( whats the average cost for apostile? Its on the expensive side but wanna know as i gotta save up )
3. How do you calculate all i.e 10 11 and 12 overall gpa ? Also, how did you calcualte gpa ? Because i've tried scholaro but I couldnt understand as it asks credit hours and i still didnt ask my school and college. So, can you brief a lil about gpa in your upcoming video?
4. Can I mail the university in adavance ? As i will be applying through uni track

1. The agency will do all three processes (Notary, SDM, MEA) And yes please apostille on the colour copy and not take photocopy of the apostilled docs and later notary them. The university wants the documents you send them to have the original apostille sticker. I did this mistake last year and I had to re apostille all my documents.
2. Yes you can , something is better than nothing:)
3. I did it through scholaro and later got them stamped by school. In credit hours, simply put 1
4. Yes you can but mailing professors for UG hardly matters
@@rishalinkorea9053 okay! 1. But, should i also apostille the gpa certificate that has stamp ( which means gpa calculated is right ) ? And that states I'm top 20% in class ?
2. Recommendation letter- should the teacher first fill the gks formof recm.letter part and then in a4 paper she should write a propper letter that states my abilities

Hi please in gpa section can we not right our original percentage and then take the cummalative cgpa of 3years. Is it mandatory to convert into cgpa out of 4,5..
And also in the proof of citizenship can we submit adhar card with my old adresss in which i dont live.
For citizenship can we use pancard

It was just accepted for last year . I believe you’ll have to send apsotilled copies and just notarised one will not be accepted

The overall percentage should be more than 80%

hi! in total your last 5 school years should be 80% or more, not each cuourse, just the sum of all of them :)
