Im back once agian with another video of shiny pokemon that never has been found. I hope you will like this one as much as you guys enjoyed the last 2 uploads. With that being said, have a great rest of your day/night wherever you are and Ill see you in the next one!
Ive said this in the past, but take this list with a grain of salt. Because we cannot know for certain if one or more of the pokemon on this list actually has been found. What I do know is the fact that there is no internet documentation of anyone finding them (at least what I have found myself).

I caught a shiny Latias in Pokemon Emerald as a child on my first playthrough and I still have it to this day. While it would be a very time consuming hunt it is entirely possible to have one as I and many others can attest to in the comments section here
Everyone was abusing action replays to get their shinies back then I really highly doubt a kid has the patience to sit there until the alternate color or rarer version pops up I very highly doubt it just saying no hate or anything but it’s true

You didn't read what he wrote. It was a random encounter. He did not soft reset to get it. Entirely possible and even more likely that is was a lucky random shiny. @@Shiestyvibess

I swear every Nils video feels so special. After these videos it makes me want to boot up my 3ds and start hunting

better be fast because they just announced they will shut down online play of 3ds in April 2024, Bank will still be up but we dont know for how long, to transfer our mons to Switch
Just do it then I always play my 3ds I don't give a shit about my switch the 3ds is life.
@@GageMagethe unfortunate thing is tho, with the end of Pokébank comes the end of Pokétransporter too. It will become impossible to transfer mons between gen 5, 6 & 7. And from Gen 1 and 2 on the virtual console to gen 7. :(

I actually did found the 1% fishing slowpoke. But its not on that spot XD . And I found the Icefall cave 1% Lapras too ;) Very good video as always !
Lapras can be a 100% encounter with a repel trick in D/P that’s crazy no one’s hunted it
Does this count in Platinum too? If so I’d love to try it, but I’m not up for booting up Diamond again 💀
@@slippinsydney Max Level you can get it at in Platinum is 55, however Dewgong and Floatzel max out at 55 as well. Diamond and Pearl, it's available at higher Levels than Floatzel
Not only have people found it, tons of people have found it. These videos are just "Shiny pokemon that are harder to find than others"
there is no evidence of someone finding this lapras in diamond and pearl. there is on platinum which is a different hunt entirely. odds are different. no one has found that specific shiny lapras with proof, idk why you even decided to respond to this@@Reallytallsocks
@@Reallytallsocks If there is a shiny Lapras no one has found, it's one in Azure Bay from X and Y. Friend Safari and the Route 12 Gift have been gotten shiny
Anytime a Nils video comes out you know it's gonna be a good day! Such great hunt ideas I'll have to try. Currently working towards breeding a shiny munchlax in ultra moon that knows selfdestruct!

i was shocked when you mentioned grimer! i have a (not-so fond) childhood memory of randomly finding a shiny slowpoke in that very pond when i had no pokeballs on hand and tried to hunt for another soon after- i found a grimer in the process!
With 2 roamers and 1 in 8,192 odds, 1 in every 4,096 playthroughs of Emerald should spawn a shiny Latios/Latias without even hunting. So with 7 million copies sold, around 1700 people should have found one on their first playthrough alone.

I'd totally try that Koffing in Fire Red. I feel like Grimer in Leaf Green is kinda less unique because you can find Grimer in that spot in HGSS
I don’t want a cerulean cave wobbafet but I do have some hunts scheduled for those floors, so there is a chance.

Nils you are a national treasure to all shiny hunters
Your info on the Koffing and Grimer in Celadon City is wrong. They are not version exclusives, both can be found in FireRed and LeafGreen. Koffing is a 1% while Surfing, while Grimer is a 1% while Fishing.
Guys i just got my first ever shiny that isn't the red Gyarados, so i was playng Pokémon go and i caught a detective Slowbro thinking it was nothing but when i checked up i had the shiny stars

I actually found a shiny latias in my emerald game on my first playthrough, and I am currently hunting for Latios by resetting and playing through the game again.
latis in emerald can be found in Southern Island you can do Runaways type encounters

I’d assume 1/8000 or so random players got a shiny Latias or Latios in Emerald-just not anyone who was hunting for it specifically.

Gen 4 heartgold and soul silver. has lapras spawn in a cave as a static encounter. I used an action replay and changed the shiny odds. It was fun to get shiny Black Raquaza.

I actually have found shiny Lapras in victory road in Diamond. It had Perish Song so i ended up needing to use my master ball there. I wasn't even hunting for it, it just showed up when i was trying to get to route 224.
EDIT: Also I didn't record this so I realize i can't exactly prove it to people. This was before I recorded my shiny hunts.
I caught a magneton in new mawville and it had pokerus. Only time i ever got pokerus in any game without using a pokemon that had it already

I think that since over 7 million copies of emerald were sold then surely some people would have been lucky enough to get a shiny lati :) definitely never been successfully hunted purposely on stream tho
The gift Amnesia Psyduck from Stadium 1 as well as the Baton Pass Farfetch'd and Earthquake Gligar in Stadium 2 could also qualify due to the effort it takes
It seems like gen 2 has the highest shiny chances, I've only found 1 shiny outside of gold version in my 21 years of Pokémon
I have a hard time accepting that these haven't been found. Very rare, yes, but never been found? Across the world? Nawh.

Fire red. Island 4 ice cave. 1% lapras. Been hunting since 2017 on and off. 200,000 REs. Phase 5. It’s going to happen right?
The reason why most of these are in gen 3 is because its damn near impossible to get legit shiny Pokemon with PKHex in Gen 3 games unless they're an egg.
Is the lapras in platinum as well?
With the eons in emerald, can you select blue and check latios then reset and select red to check latias?

i caught a shiny baltoy in emerald with 78 hours of playing. I was Just trying to complete the pokedex.
I do wonder how many people hunt the rental Pokémon in battle revolution. They’ve got to be pretty rare. I’ve seen quite a few people hunt the rental passes. (Got me interested)
But I haven’t too many go and do the gateway colosseum and find shinies that way.
So each of those must be pretty rare. Like, I’ve not found any evidence to anyone else getting a shiny rental pass Snorlax there for example.
Has anyone found the wile shiny walord in ruby or sapphire at the bottem of the watter fall leading to the poke league cave?

Right, and someone please explain why you have to play through the whole game again? Like surely saving before the champion fight would work, still time consuming but not as bad as the whole game
Actually a good point. I guess you would be the first person to document it on youtube still. Shiny hunters were obsessed in the past with FLOYTS (first live on youtube) shinies.
@@Justin.Umbreon I hunted for Latios in Emerald a while ago. You shouldn't have to play through the entire game again. After you beat the champion you get sent back to your room, that's when you go downstairs and talk to your dad and select which Eon roamer you want in your game. When you select an option (red or blue) is when the Pokemon gets generated, and with broken Emerald RNG soft resetting for it is not a good option imo. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
