- Judy is walking towards her car when she accidentally bumps into a gentleman on her way towards her car. He immediately apologizes, nevertheless, she takes umbrage with this encounter, and accuses the poor man of stealing her phone. Despite proclaiming his innocence, Judy decides to entrap him inside the parking lot by locking the gate, then proceeds to call the police. But when Mango Park Police Captain James Porter arrives on the scene, Judy learns not only did this man not take her phone, but he too is a policeman himself.

I think you may have missed the point. I wasn’t commenting on anything directly relevant to the mini-melodrama presented herein. SoulSnack has volumes of videos, many of which follow the exact same formula. Wait… why must I explain myself? Was my original post not long enough?
You’re justifying why it is that, in spite of a succinct point, I somehow believed i had to frequently and deliberately make my point. Honestly, I thought it was overkill (and still do). Still yet, I admittedly continue to overestimate the abilities of those 87 percent of US adult working age Americans whom I’m continually told, even by our own government and the international OECD: can only read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level approaching that expected of a seventh grade public school student. I use to think that to be an outrageous exaggeration (now I consider it a generous presumption).

It’s as if you replied to a post that read, most criminals and even more innocent people find themselves inextricably trapped in situations where “their side of the story,” is misinterpreted and misinterpreted. or which inadvertently leads them to admit to a transgression that wouldn’t have been so damning had they remained silent. A friend was driving carefully and cautiously through an area frequented by the elderly. The posted speed limit was 25 mph. She was pulled over and told she was speeding and clocked at 36 mph. She honestly and unintentionally incriminated herself by stating, “I checked my speedometer, and I know I was only going 27 mph, certainly not 36 mph!” By talking when she could’ve saved it for court after only brief counsel with her attorney, she could’ve had her first ticket in 40+ years of careful driving, dismissed. But the body camera video would’ve incriminated her, as she admitted without coercion or manipulation that she was driving 27 mph in a 25 mph zone. It may seem trivial, but she did indeed confess that she was speeding and by how much. That she told the law enforcement patrolman how fast she was going. 27 mph or 36 mph, it only demonstrated that both her and the officer were correct in their assessment that she was driving in excess of the posted limit of 25 mph. She talked herself into a ticket by confession. And this is only a parking ticket. Most frequently, people will talk themselves into a far more serious charge. Officer, I swear I never hit her even once. I simply grabbed her hand and kinda’ pulled her to face me.” That’ can certainly qualify as an admission of guilt for assault.

Did I try? Sure. Did I succeed? No. Maybe I should’ve made my original post much more clear, spending paragraphs indicating that the scope of my already bloated message had no direct relevance to the posted video; bit rather the sum total of videos. Then I should’ve posted the names of the videos in which Verne Alexandre was featured as Captain James Porter. I can only imagine that Mr. Alexandre felt equally frustrated writing out detailed reports, only to have the defense ignore them and use language that had absolutely nothing to do with the contextual argument carefully prepared by the officer. Still yet, we both care about people and want only to do what’s best for them and those with whom they might come in contact. Whether or not they understand as much is entirely out of our hands. In his case, these misunderstandings or lack of trying to understand, probably led to some truly unfortunate outcomes.

As punishment for her crimes against the police officer, Karen was sentenced to six months in prison. She was also fired from her job.
What would she be convicted of?

My Outcome: Karen is found Guilty of multiple Felonies and was sentenced to 20 years in Prison. She was also Terminated from her job and put on a Blacklist so that she would never get a job again nor have a Mobile Phone ever again.

Since Karen has a record of this in the past, she's just plain given a sentence of Life Without Parole. She's sent to the roughest Women's Prison in the state. She tries her entitled, racist BS in prison and gets her wig split umpteen times. She also gets the female equivalent of forced cheek-busting with broomstick handles or similar implements by rougher female inmates. She eventually tries it on the wrong prisoner and finally is found dead with multiple stab wounds from undoubtedly a shank and a lot of knots on her head from fists, locks-in-socks. One less racist. One less Karen
