for me its just preference cuz rotations feel clunky without cdr imo and since they removed alot of haste from the game in s14 lucid boots just feels right

when playing with someone who's higher elo than you, you have to make gigga chad plays. Invade him, counter gank him. Throw his confidence out the window. He is more constistent than u thats why he's higher elo. Ur playing one of the best 1v1 champs in the game. Go in QQ take his whole HP bar away and leave if u cant kill him. He cant gank after that. Become Gigga chad u'll over perform these players
