アルフレドリード先生の名作品最高ですね🎵フランク出版社の作品でどうしても手に入れたかったですが❗絶版でどれだけ求めてめも買うことができませんでした‼️最高の名作品だと思います。素晴らしい演奏ですね‼️初めて聞いた🎵のは50年以上前懐かしい🎵最高の演奏ですね‼️

Excellent performance! I grew up listening to this on an old "educational series" vinyl record, so it's nice to hear the piece is still living and being played!
It's not the most musically compelling piece, but, like Bach's "Art of Fugue", it's a musical textbook on how to orchestrate for wind ensemble. Every possible color is demonstrated!
Unfortunately, it's very difficult to record timpani and bass drum in an ensemble - what sounds perfectly fine in performance can totally overwhelm a recording. The only answer is to have the percussionist play about a third as loudly as he would in performance, which would not have been possible here, in live performance. A shame, since the winds become difficult to hear when he plays.
Otherwise, a musically ideal performance, bravi tutti!
