WABDR Section 3 "Beehive" washout conditions Juny 2024

Here is the somewhat "spicy" trail conditions of the WABDR Section 3 famous Beehive Washout. In previous years, it was not very difficult to pass through, but this year seems especially difficult! Your typical stock Subaru is not going to make it! My Wrangler made it look easy, but the break-over clearance is going to eliminate quite a few SUV's from making it through this year.

Nice! I ran section 2 last year solo with just me and my wife. I definitely would like to get a crew together this August and tackle 3 and 4hopefully

I did section 2 last year and its amazing. A lot easier than section 3, though it had some really deep ruts and soft silt at the top.

Do you think a stock 4runner could make it though okay?

Ya. Always go with a partner just in case though. I see stock Subaru's do this route all the time no problem. The washout is just a little bit spicy but not a huge deal.

I did today in a stock Trailhawk. It wasn't bad.
