But according to my observation to my colleague who works as maintenance crew, they always check all the equipment if there are any that's broken. If there is, they are the ones to fix it. They also always ask the crew if there are any equipment that need to be maintained. They are also in charge of the store's aircon. They ensure that all the equipment are working well.
