@@rellysea1928 some period tracker apps recommend you get a thermometer as well. But also I think people use them mostly if they’re struggling to get pregnant and really need to be on top of when they’re ovulating and at what body temp their chances of getting pregnant are at the most highest. So for that one it kinda makes sense that a lot of women haven’t heard of it cos you probably haven’t needed to use it
