How they screwed up a 250k/yr gig that barely required 5 hrs of work/week?!? Especially in this economy, it's insanity?!?! I'd have open up that laptop with a smile on my face and closed it when I was done. My coworkers wouldn't hear a peep from me until the next show. Claudia and Armon squashed the beef with a txt/phone call and that's when Armon spilled the tea that Al was trying to get Claudia fired from her own show, then Claudia told Armon how Al wanted him fired TOO.
Armon got a lot of his info from the producers, Al and Claudia and he put it all in the roast.
Grown, educated people with as much combined media experience as these three people have are supposed to be able to figure out where the roasting boundary is without the entire production team having to babysit.

I do believe AL was trying to get the show cancelled. He was also self plugging his YT Channel a lot. AL wouldn't have been comfortable if the show went on without him. Al isn't my favorite and I didn't even know who Claudia was. I tuned into TGIF because I watched Armon and have been following him on his channel for a while. However, as a supporter of Armon, his roast was VERY cringe. I can't even watch the playback when other sources repost it. It was extremely hard to watch. It felt inappropriate and felt personal. I liked how Armon dragged Al. It was about time someone did it!!!😂😂😂
In my opinion they ruined it. Each and every one of them. You basically called out production and h. R in a negative way live . Which in any workplace would not fly. Armon was totally wrong. And it doesn't matter the context at the end of the day. He brought unnecessary drama to the workplace. And at that point he needs to be fired. I'm pretty sure the people that own that show are coming up with a different plan.
Yes, I am disturbed that TGIF has been put on the shelf. I figured when Armon came into the mix, he was going to be an issue.
So now we know it wasn't just Funky.
Armon just got on the show and already messing it up for everyone. Truthfully after Funky left so did I. Armon isn’t someone I enjoy listening to.
