Watched this and when you prompted her to feel unconditional love for herself, I felt unbearable sadness in myself. I guess I’m carrying a lot still…not guilt, now, just hurt…and I don’t want to share. But…loving myself means allowing myself to feel it, and be with it. And that means not distracting myself with the need to be the uplifting, supportive guy who always cheers everybody up.
