    Those beautiful buildings are churches😅 (in the plaza the armas in Cuzco), Peru is very Catholic because the Spanish conqueror, in your next visit to Peru I recommend you, Arequipa it is beautiful place to visit there and you can visit the 2nd deepest canyon of the world (the Colca Canyon) and the volcanoes.👍, and of course there's many places to visit in Peru if you like the ancient pre Incas and Incas, some to name it (Choquequirao, Kuelap, Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo, Sacsayhuman and so on), other amazing place also is the Nazca Lines, Paracas National Reserve, The Only Oasis in Latin America (Huacachina, in Ica-Peru)👍

      Thank you for the information, that's very helpful! Those all sound like some incredible places to visit. Next time I make it back I definitely want to spend more time diving into the history of the country. Sadly while I was there I was trying to cover a lot of ground in a week, so i didn't have quite enough time each place I went. While I was there I heard about so many other amazing parts of the country that I hope I get to visit in the future! Thanks for watching!

    Very cool! I loved the view at night, of the lights, maybe it was from the restaurant, where was it ?

      It was a random viewpoint off the side of the road that I saw while walking back from the restaurant; not sure the exact location

    Do you know the name of the point view where you stopped where the Alpacas appear?

      Unfortunately I don't know the name of that specific spot. All I know is that it was a pitstop along the drive from Cusco to the Ince Rail train station that took me to Aguas Calientes.

    In your opinion can someone solo travel Lima, Cusco, Aguascalientes without any knowledge of Spanish? I really wanna give this a try!

    • @bergendavis
      @bergendavis  4 дні тому +1

      That's exactly what I did, so it is definitely doable! I had 0 knowledge of Spanish while I was there and managed to get by on my own. It's definitely a bit tricky when navigating public transportation and things of that sort, but it can be done. Download Spanish on the Google Translate app so that you can have that as a backup when needed!
      But if you have the time prior to traveling, it would be very worthwhile to do a little studying before heading on the trip.
