Honestly, if i were one of those jurors, i would be mad that the choice is basically stolen from me. Especially in that last case, because 2 out of 3 finalists making goats out of themselves is just ridiculous.

@@bc1173 The most hilarious thing is despite that she was the biggest jury goat in history, and would have even lost a Final 2 to Phillip Shepherd, Rob was close to voting her out more than once. I heard an interview where he said he debated back and forth on Grant's boot which to vote out for quite awhile. He claims he would have targetted Natalie over Phillip at the Final 4, which is kind of stupid if Ashley is there as the immunity winner for obvious reasons, but i guess Rob's ego had gone OTT to the point he figured he could do whatever he wanted no matter what by then. And yeah he was totally fucking her. I bet Amber even knows and didn't mind. A man has needs after all, especialy one who probably has a big donkey schlong.
Natalie was the youngest player in the history of Survivor at the time, I think Rob was old enough to be her father. While the show has had some 18/19 year olds who have been aggressive players, its quite clear in Natalie's case they should have waited a few more years before casting her. Unless you buy the theory that they purposely cast a bunch of sheep to net Rob an easy win. There is no more sheepish player than her.
I STILL think, based on interviews and AMAs, that Sugar had a genuine shot of winning Gabon (or tying with Bob) had she not bombed that final tribal council so badly. Such a shame because I really do think Sugar played an unintentionally great game that season, even if it was entirely by luck and happy coincidences.
I think it’s more retroactively speaking. Matty, Corinne, and Kenny would’ve never voted for her. The only reason Randy would vote for Sugar would be to troll and force a tie between Susie and Bob.

Stephenie honestly seemed really confused and unprepared for FTC. Her answer to Lydia and saying she’d take Bobby Jon off the jury show a real lack of forethought. Part of me thinks she knew she wasn’t going to win and was throwing it.
@EN KVN Which goes to show how insane it was on her end for voting them all out, in favor of Danni who hadn't betrayed any of them. Still boggles my mind at F5 that even with Rafe demanding Cindy be voted out because she didn't give him a car, that Cindy, Stephenie and Lydia don't simply band together and vote Danni out, regardless of what Rafe is doing. That ended up being a game ending mistake for all 3 of them.
Why on earth would u want her to win? I wanted her to get destroyed by the jury. She's one of the most unlikable players in the history of survivor with Colton and Naonca
something to think ab was that Phillip came out semi-recently saying that he knew from very early on in S22 that the producers were setting the season up for Rob, so he confronted Rob and said he wanted to be Rob’s goat, bc he knew he stood no chance at the million, but he could at least get the 100k
He could've tried to get the win. In BB terms, Philip could've been the original Josh Martinez had he apologized and explained why he acted like Rob's goat. Maybe he would've won... maybe not. Who knows. We only see the edited version.
@@Videoandme1 damn that actually could’ve been a total big brain move, convince rob to take you to the end as a goat then tell everyone you acted that terribly on purpose and try and win, wouldve been such a great move
@Humans Against Monkey Abuse Don't forget Grant. He was SUPER bitter at Rob for voting him out, to the point they still haven't talked since. I can't imagine he wouldn't jump on an excuse to vote for Phillip, if Philip gave him literally anything.
Wow I forgot what that final tribal council was like with Boston Rob...I wish Cirie would make to day 39 and sit next to two people who credit her for their entire game.
Ive always thought that they could edit a players entire game based on their final tribal council. Like for Sherry she couldve been edited as a strategic player since she was in the majority most of the time. But because she did so badly presenting her game it made more sense to portray her as clueless
Cochran, Todd, and Chris all had some of the best performances ever and they were all in the same tribal as Amanda, Sherri, or Twila respectively so that may just make their’s seem better in comparison.
I would pick getting to the final tribal and having zero chance over getting cut at the last second just for monetary reasons. Last I checked that's like a $15,000-$20,000 difference. But it would depend on just how good my fourth place game was. If it was really solid, I'd have a much stronger chance of getting a call to return than if I was a final tribal goat.
Dean gave a good performance considering he was portrayed as a goat, Gavin gave a horrendously bad FTC performance considering he shit on EOE when exactly 2 jurors didn't go there so he shit on the experiences of 11 people. Dom coulda had a softer touch at FTC and lead with the apologies for his Final 6 move rather than claiming it as his best move. He coulda got Chelsea or Angela's votes I think. Aubry and Tai bombed but Michele was so darn likable. Troy bombed considering he thought he actually had a chance. And Mike White (according to post game rumors) kinda threw in the towel but I don't think any of Nick's Ultimate votes were ever going Mike's way
I think that would be Ozzy in Cook Islands, right? He had a shit ton of convictions and honestly might’ve had a better pitch than Yul. What won Yul the game though was deals during the game that locked some votes (Adam) that woulda gone to Ozzy otherwise.
I gotta say, though, it was good to see Sugar stand up to the bullies from Gabon. Both Corrine and Randy were terrible people through and through that season and even though she didn't get their votes, it was good to see Sugar not play their game just to appease them.
ur videos a year back or so are the only reason i ever watched survivor, and youve kept me coming back for more since. appreciate you unlocking tens of hours of entertainment in my life 👍
The thing that stuns me about Mick is that he seemed like a human being who you could, like, go out and meet in real life and then he said his bro date would open with going to a bar and watching the news, and then MAYBE grabbing a drink and you're like "oh, he's an alien man"
Both Stephanie and Amanda both are favorites of mine, but they’re also quite terrible when it comes to FTC. Amanda always failed to point out how she was usually constantly being outed (in her second season) and even when idoling out a player of the alliance voting for her she immediately squeezed back in (this hardly ever happens), pulled off immunity against strong players, and even was one of the stronger manipulators of Micronesia. If she had just told she jury about how when her main alliance (Ozzy and James) left she found a way to position herself back in the top 3 of the widow brigade, or that she had the idea to use Erik to strengthen herself and put paranoia in his mind and turned him against the last person he trusted (Natalie) she would had a hell of a chance of winning.
if it was Micronesia, i'd vote for Parvati not necessarily because of her gameplay, but Amanda's ftc was so bad, which is crazy considering the fact she was a beauty queen
@@TheDylPickle that may be true as well, and i think many other people are frustrated at her as well. i'm not thrilled at Parvati's ftc either, it's just that Amanda's was worse. i gotta say her saving grace in Micronesia in terms of ftc is that it's a final 2, since if it was a final 3, Amanda is likely to place 3rd again
I’m surprised Troyzan isn’t here. I clearly remember him straight up saying at the end of Game Changers FTC just saying he has lost the game and he’s not getting votes and just saying he had a good time. It’s so funny to me.
To be fair, Troyzan knew he had no chance and knew he was a total goat. I respect the fact that least he was honest about it and didn't pretend to be something else.
I felt bad for Sherri. She didn’t play a super bad game but she’s sitting next to the wrong people. There were a bunch of bitter jurors who couldn’t wait to tear her apart. Some jurors just wanted to humiliate the finalists knowing they would never vote for them. Erik, yes, I’m talking about him. Sometimes you just know certain jurors will never give you their votes. It is what it is.
A lot of the Caramoan cast has clarified that peoples problem with Sherri was about her behavior around camp. Apparently after the F6 reward (the family one that Brenda gave up) Sherri came back into camp and ate some of the rice Brenda and Dawn had made. Considering the reward they had just come from, and that Brenda had given them all the reward to begin with, most people, and especially Erik since Erik and Brenda were really close during Caramoan, were furious. So idk while I do think people were overly harsh to her, it’s not as if Sherri didn’t give people valid reasons to dislike her.
call me crazy but i genuinely think sugar could’ve won gabon if she was nicer throughout the season and actually tried at ftc. she had the strongest narrative of her, bob, and susie imo and her opening remarks could have set her up for a really strong last performance. i didn’t really like her that much but i think if this happened it would’ve been a more satisfying end for gabon, for me at least
By her own admission, Sugar didn't come onto Survivor to win. She had gone out there to put it on her CV for her career. So she wasn't playing the game the way others were, and other people on the season recognized that. Her social game was abysmal with them, and she was never in a million years going to get anyone's vote except Bob's, or if Randy decided to vote for her to force the first tie in Survivor history between Bob and Susie. Sugar unnecessarily dangled hope in players' faces only to snatch it away, and that left a sour taste in most of the jury's mouths. I like Sugar, I thought she was fantastic TV, but her control was perceived as erratic and emotionally driven, and she played that up for the cameras. It didn't help that she stated that she was given some sort of mood-altering medication before FTC (this was also by her own admission), where I think some sort of scramble to explain herself was muted.
@@Кинокультист Exactly, but unlike Colton, Sugar got a proper ending to her arc, which is why I appreciate "Gabon" as a season. The what-the-fuckery of that final three makes so much sense when you realize that the season is basically tall poppy syndrome, where all of the movers and shakers get cut down right as they rear their heads, until you're left with a final three consisting of a guy who didn't care for strategy and was happy to be a number to the core alliance, a woman who flipped at a crucial time but then seemed to do nothing else and wound up being a general nuisance, and the person who didn't care about the game at all. Colton's departure makes "One World" a worse season narratively because the premerge is building him up as a very real threat, and I think if he makes the merge he is the only one who can cause real problems for Kim. Yes, I know Colton intended to work with Kim by his own admission, but I think that she wouldn't have been as receptive as he would've liked and I think he would've caused more adversity for her than she wound up facing. I still think Kim trounces him if that happens, but at least it's a better ending for Colton's story than getting medevaced.
Wrong on sherry. Erik has no self awareness and he wanted to humiliate her and make her bow to him. She knew she wasn't getting his vote and didn't dignify his ridiculous questioning. In that same tribal they attacked dawn in the most cruel way even though she outplayed them. That entire jury was made up of the most despicable people to ever play. I would vote for russel over almost any of them.
Twila did need some finesse with her FTC performance. but she was herself and she was honest. In hindsight, in seems like it wasn't in her favor that she was on the 9th season. If it were a later season, jury members wouldn't have been as bitter that she told a lie
If I remember correctly, Chris talked to her before hand, saying he wasn't going to take any crap from the jurors and she should take the same stance. Then he proceeded to massively suck up to them while Twila remained argumentative and beat her.
Mine would probably be some combination of: 1. Sherri 2. The runner-up of Survivor South Africa: Philippines 3. Phillip (I feel like he probably could've read the room and recognized that if he dropped the act and came out that he created an intentional goat strategy and hoodwinked Rob, they might've given him the win -- it's an argument that I think could've worked) 4. The winner of Australian Survivor 2017 5. The runner-up of Australian Survivor 2016 (it didn't help they were facing off against the greatest FTC performer of all time, but damn)
Just want to add to Russell’s FTC performance in S20. His performance was so bad that he forced people that presumably didn’t want a former winner to win to vote for a winner.
I think Sugar in Gabon should be in the list of "had a chance but screwed it up" rather than "had no chance and still screwed up", i mean, she had a pretty good record for a survivor player of any season, most time spent on exile, found an idol (at the time where few female players found idols), and throughout the merge she was in key positions of deciding who went/being the swing vote. Plus, Bob had a pretty lackluster strategic game, he had few game moves, and Susie? Susie was basically a goat that was somewhat disliked by jurors and had no game i can remember to mention other than maybe one immunity win. Even if Sugar had bitter jurors against her in Corinne and Randy, i honestly think she could've pulled out a win if she had tried, but her FTC was basically just laying down and dying instead of standing up for herself and her game, heck if she defended her doings even the villainous ones it could even sway Corinne. I mean HONESTLY, Sugar had a pretty good resume to speak off even in modern survivor times, again, most time on exile, one of the then 3 female players to find an idol (with Parvati and Amanda finding idols only one season earlier), was in a key position where both alliances were fighting for her vote, then got rid of the leaders of her alliance. I mean, it bothers me so much that people forget how she actually had a chance to win but simply....... Gave up
There's no question that Sugar wielded far more power in the game than Bob or Suzie did. If the jurors made the decision solely on that, she should have easily won the game. But she treated the jurors like crap and didn't even bother to try and get their votes at FTC, hence the 0 vote result.
And in a rewatch, none of them made any good case on why they should win (Susie felt nearly invisible at times to where you forgot she was there, Sugar’s doesn’t need any explanation, and Bob admitted that the only good strategic move he made was handing Randy the fake immunity idol to please Sugar)
B Rob is a legend, absolutely amazing player but Redemption island was so damn bad I can't in my right mind rate his winning season much, Survivor is a difficult game man and the outcomes are so conflicting some of the time
Do you think Russell Hantz would have not been so adamant in his non-regret in the HvV FTC if he had some more time in between HvV and Samoa, especially if he knew the outcome of his season? Or do you think that question is probably pointless because his reputation probably wouldn't have allowed him to get nearly as far is the cast had gotten to watch Samoa? Great video!
russell is i think one of the true anomalies. if you look at the other ppl who played back to back (rupert, bobby jon, steph, amanda, james, malcolm, shirin, joe, zeke, and michaela) you'll notice immediately that 4/10 of them, rupert/bj/james/joe, generally had no idea whatsoever what strategy even was no matter how many times they played and would never win or even make it past the first few merge boots without serious help. shirin, zeke, michaela, and malcolm are too good for their own good and ppl would and did figure that out both times even without seeing them play first. steph was here, and amanda bombed both tribals. the closest possible comparison to russell is amanda, but one thing that should be noted about russell is prior to playing russell prolly didn't know very much survivor history at all. he originally auditioned for pirate master 2, but when that never came to be he was cast in survivor samoa instead. he clearly didn't seem to realize that there were 2 winners on each tribe, which would mean he didn't win samoa by logic because that wouldn't be fair to have more winners on 1 tribe than the other especially in a handpicked season. he thought he had won samoa, whereas amanda probably realized she lost china and while she knew how to get there again basically the same way, she also got way more flustered in micronesia because she had already resigned herself partially.
The other issue is that Russell went into Heroes vs. Villains thinking he’d won Samoa. Yes, the jury went in on him at points, but he figured that there was no way Natalie was going to beat him. That’s why he was so emotional at the Samoa reunion, because he thought he’d at least won that season, but then he didn’t and he knew the next jury buried him.
Sherri’s FTC performance makes it very hard for me to defend her as a player but she was in control pre swap and then had two choices at final 12: be a goat or get voted out. Her only chance to maybe win was a Dawn Phillip FTC which was not available after the Three Amigos, but I think she could do well if she ever got a second chance (though it doesn’t seem like she’s interested).
Dawn wins that, as Cochran's moves are ascribed to Dawn and Cochran champions her. The problem Dawn had wasn't that she was emotional and brutal in her gameplay, but that she was sitting next to someone who had the exact same moves but kept his hands clean. If Cochran goes out at F4, Dawn wins handily. She may not get Brenda's vote and there might be one or two others who vote elsewhere, but she still wins.
To be fair to Stephen, I don't think he anticipated that JT was just going to bury him the way that he did. JT was the equivalent of a football team that was up by five touchdowns already but kept throwing deep just to make absolutely sure. Phenomenal performance.
Having just watched Vanuatu recently again... Twila is probably the absolute worst tribal performance ever to me. She just outright attacked half the jury pretty much ensuring they would vote against her (not for Chris)... and it took them beating her down to realize how much of a mistake she made which is why I think she actually did get the Ami vote in the end. Very bold strategy to mock the jury during FTC... all Chris needed to do was not say anything amazingly stupid and he won.
For your last question, I would rather go to the end with no chance to win because I would get 100,000 if I get cut short I would probably be thinking about it the rest of my life
I actually finished my first watch of 22 this morning after years of out of context clips (and already basically knowing how it went)--and yeah, there was just.no.chance. for either of them.
I think the ones included on this list make the most sense, but I'd say Chelsea in One World had a terrible FTC that no one talks about. I was also surprised to not see Lil from Pearl Islands on here.
I know cowboy Rick from survivor South Pacific personally, I’ve been to his ranch house and shown me all his souvenirs and whatnot, he told me that Albert is one of the worst people he’s ever met in his whole life. Literally he said he was a lying, back-stabbing, two-faced, arrogant POS he’s ever met, but that was like 10+ years ago so 🤷🏻♂️ He also said Brandon is one of the nicest most genuine guys he’s ever met too.
Sugar wasn't even trying to win though. She wanted Bob or Suzie to win. That's why she gave such poor answers and didn't even try to convince the jury to vote for her.
It should be pointed out that Twyla's performance in her FTC was less due to straight up "bombing", and more due to Chris' masterful final manipulation, convincing Twyla beforehand that the two of them were going to dig their heels in, effectively agreeing to refuse to pander to the jury by telling them what they wanted to hear or apologizing for the way they played the game. He then went on to do exactly those things with each and every answer he gave in FTC, while Twyla pretty much stuck to the terms of their "agreement". Twyla may have realized at some point during the council that Chris had played her one last time, but by that point it was probably too late. She likely sealed her fate with the entire jury after her first answer or two.
I feel like special mention should be given to Neleh and Susie for “almost won but tanked it” because they both did horrendously bad (as did the people who eventually beat them) but still came within a vote of winning.
Susie's FTC actually was relatively solid. I mean, she was 1 vote away from winning, and I remember hearing that after sitting down, Randy regretted voting for Bob because he realized Bob winning was giving Sugar exactly what she wanted.
I do Roblox Survivor Long Terms occasionally, I don’t think I have EVER seen on an application: “Would you rather go to Final Tribal Council with 0 chance of winning or be cut right before it?” And I think I will answer it now: I would want to be cut because if I have no chance at winning, then I could help someone else and maybe see them having a chance of winning and be that person who casts the tie-breaking vote if it goes 3-3-3
Dawn is skating here. Like that clip of Phillip is of him mocking _Dawn_ , not Sherri. She was absolutely ripped by Erik, Brenda, Phillip, Eddie and Reynold. Malcolm wasn't big on her game either, and Cochran buried her during Michael's segment. Zero votes. Also, I'm not sure how Rob in All Stars doesn't show up on this list. He was torched by the jury and then crumbled under the pressure.
I'm guessing Pt. 2 is going to have double Amanda, Coach, and an honorable mention of Lee in Australian Survivor. Also, Colby might have been in this video. I think. I haven't seen season 2 for a long time though.
Great video man! I agree that most of those players never had a chance to win the game with their final tribal council performance. I would have changed the order a bit and maybe even take a few people out and replace them with other players. For example Amanda had a pretty bad performance both times at the final tribal council. Coach did poorly in South Pacific. Russell was terrible in Samoa! This is just a few of the people who I think deserved a spot on the list. Natalie and Phillip did probably have the worst final tribal council performance ever in the history of the game. Constantly giving Boston Rob credit, Natalie looking for Rob’s approval and was unable to make any decision on her own and Phillip was very aggressive and rude in his answers! Was there really any doubt that Boston Rob would win though. He played so masterfully in that season! I honestly do not believe that he was handed a win. They could have not listened to him and voted him out, but he was such a good social, strategic and physical player that he gave them common enemies, formed relationships and lead his team to many victories and he beat them all! Can’t wait to see more.
I heard some stories about how Greg was going to vote for Richard anyway and he just made a joke question. I could see Greg doing that, but I haven’t seen any confirmation. I can probably find something if I look hard enough, but I don’t wanna.
Make a third video, on winners who had the worst performance. Bob should be at the top of that list. Not sure what the cast said afterwards, but a lot of viewers thought he might have blown a unanimous jury vote and turned it into a 1 vote clincher.
Bob didn't lose any votes at FTC. Kenny was never voting for him because of the necklace issue, Crystal allegedly had her own personal problems with Bob and probably would never have voted for him regardless, and Matty liked Susie more. The only vote Bob was at risk of losing that night was Randy's, and Randy voted for him.
No one was beating Earl that season, not even Yau-Man (the reunion vote was after the series was aired and the cast saw how adored Yau was, but even Yau says Earl beats him). Dreamz probably wins a final two against Cassandra, but I don't think he wins a F3 combination from the merge onward. EDIT: Actually, he might win a Dreamz/Cassandra/Stacy F3, but I don't know how that would've actually happened.
@@rolandgreen7484 They were bitter at Dreamz but they didn't like Cassandra either. Particularly Edgardo and Alex had issues with her, as Cassandra had expressed sentiments against them speaking Spanish. At least they could frame it as Dreamz made a game move by flipping on them.

Yeah, I believe she said that on RHAP a while ago. But then Dave and Monica both said in their AMA's that the jury never intended to vote for Mick at all. Conflicting stories.
And I'd like to be cut just before the end, because I honestly think the jury makes this show kind of hot. In the sense that they have creative freedom with how they handle the players, that is.

Stephenie honestly seemed really confused and unprepared for FTC. Her answer to Lydia and saying she’d take Bobby Jon off the jury show a real lack of forethought. Part of me thinks she knew she wasn’t going to win and was throwing it.
Yeah she was really confused and unprepared for the FTC during her second season.
it was Cindy who asked that question though
Danni knew something.
It’s because Stephanie is FOS.

something to think ab was that Phillip came out semi-recently saying that he knew from very early on in S22 that the producers were setting the season up for Rob, so he confronted Rob and said he wanted to be Rob’s goat, bc he knew he stood no chance at the million, but he could at least get the 100k

Ive always thought that they could edit a players entire game based on their final tribal council. Like for Sherry she couldve been edited as a strategic player since she was in the majority most of the time. But because she did so badly presenting her game it made more sense to portray her as clueless
Peridiam: talking about his video for ppl who would've won if their FTC speech was better
Me: *Cough* AMANDA *Cough*
Cochran, Todd, and Chris all had some of the best performances ever and they were all in the same tribal as Amanda, Sherri, or Twila respectively so that may just make their’s seem better in comparison.
I would pick getting to the final tribal and having zero chance over getting cut at the last second just for monetary reasons. Last I checked that's like a $15,000-$20,000 difference. But it would depend on just how good my fourth place game was. If it was really solid, I'd have a much stronger chance of getting a call to return than if I was a final tribal goat.
Russell is like your uncle on Facebook when you’re trying to explain what actually happens
I’d like to see a video of best FTC performances by people who didn’t end up winning
And Mike White (according to post game rumors) kinda threw in the towel but I don't think any of Nick's Ultimate votes were ever going Mike's way
Or worse for people who did win (Bob)
I think that would be Ozzy in Cook Islands, right? He had a shit ton of convictions and honestly might’ve had a better pitch than Yul. What won Yul the game though was deals during the game that locked some votes (Adam) that woulda gone to Ozzy otherwise.
@@PineappleLiar I believe both parvati and Adam made that deal with Yul but parvati didn’t stick to her word

ur videos a year back or so are the only reason i ever watched survivor, and youve kept me coming back for more since. appreciate you unlocking tens of hours of entertainment in my life 👍
The two things I remember about Phillip: his obsession with a feather he found and his pink underwear (which I wish I could forget)
He didn’t find it. It materialized out of thin air. Literally. Out of thin air.
@@krisvalderrama9043 I honestly think Amanda just has poor communication skills. It saddens me how she will never return because of HvV.
I would rather be cut right before final tribal, knowing they were scared I was gonna win. Than make it to the final as someone’s goat
Thank you for this! I've needed this ever since you posted the Top 10 Best FTC Performances! 🔥🔥🔥
call me crazy but i genuinely think sugar could’ve won gabon if she was nicer throughout the season and actually tried at ftc. she had the strongest narrative of her, bob, and susie imo and her opening remarks could have set her up for a really strong last performance. i didn’t really like her that much but i think if this happened it would’ve been a more satisfying end for gabon, for me at least
I heard Sugar was drugged minutes before ftc.
Not "drugged" drugged, just something ti calm her down and I guess it messed up her ftc.
I'm feeling that with such annoying personality she never stood a chance
@@stephendavis6267 She was great TV but in the same way Colton in One World was
@@Кинокультист Exactly, but unlike Colton, Sugar got a proper ending to her arc, which is why I appreciate "Gabon" as a season.
Noura could be up there. She tried explaining her game and the whole jury was laughing at her!
I was so disappointed in Sherri after such an amazing pre-merge performance (that she NEVER talked about).
I like the idea, hopefully this is not any of us future players
Twila did need some finesse with her FTC performance. but she was herself and she was honest. In hindsight, in seems like it wasn't in her favor that she was on the 9th season. If it were a later season, jury members wouldn't have been as bitter that she told a lie
If I remember correctly, Chris talked to her before hand, saying he wasn't going to take any crap from the jurors and she should take the same stance. Then he proceeded to massively suck up to them while Twila remained argumentative and beat her.
Mine would probably be some combination of:
1. Sherri
2. The runner-up of Survivor South Africa: Philippines
3. Phillip (I feel like he probably could've read the room and recognized that if he dropped the act and came out that he created an intentional goat strategy and hoodwinked Rob, they might've given him the win -- it's an argument that I think could've worked)
4. The winner of Australian Survivor 2017
5. The runner-up of Australian Survivor 2016 (it didn't help they were facing off against the greatest FTC performer of all time, but damn)
@@bc1173 Skupin was on Survivor: Philippines, not Survivor South Africa: Philippines.

Albert’s performance is my personal favorite, in terms of pure entertainment value
his performance actually gives me a second-hand embarrassment i do not wish to see it again.

Great video!
that would be such a great topic to analyze!!
russell is i think one of the true anomalies. if you look at the other ppl who played back to back (rupert, bobby jon, steph, amanda, james, malcolm, shirin, joe, zeke, and michaela) you'll notice immediately that 4/10 of them, rupert/bj/james/joe, generally had no idea whatsoever what strategy even was no matter how many times they played and would never win or even make it past the first few merge boots without serious help. shirin, zeke, michaela, and malcolm are too good for their own good and ppl would and did figure that out both times even without seeing them play first. steph was here, and amanda bombed both tribals. the closest possible comparison to russell is amanda, but one thing that should be noted about russell is prior to playing russell prolly didn't know very much survivor history at all. he originally auditioned for pirate master 2, but when that never came to be he was cast in survivor samoa instead. he clearly didn't seem to realize that there were 2 winners on each tribe, which would mean he didn't win samoa by logic because that wouldn't be fair to have more winners on 1 tribe than the other especially in a handpicked season. he thought he had won samoa, whereas amanda probably realized she lost china and while she knew how to get there again basically the same way, she also got way more flustered in micronesia because she had already resigned herself partially.
@@tdarkhorse4 I forgot how many people played back to back. Awesome breakdown and thanks for the info!
Looking forward to seeing Amanda at least once on the next list!
I say even that leads to a dawn win with Cochran championing her in the ftc.
@Flamelord325 Malcolm has said flat-out he doesn't vote for Eddie in that or any scenario, as he didn't respect his gameplay.
@@stephendavis6267 That’s why I said her only chance, not a guarantee

To be fair to Stephen, I don't think he anticipated that JT was just going to bury him the way that he did. JT was the equivalent of a football team that was up by five touchdowns already but kept throwing deep just to make absolutely sure. Phenomenal performance.
Wow... I literally was just thinking you should do a video on this...and BAM it's here!
Ngl, I thought this said "10 times players were utterly bombed" and I was like "oh yeah, drunk survivor jurors"
Randy’s ending vote confessional is classic
For your last question, I would rather go to the end with no chance to win because I would get 100,000 if I get cut short I would probably be thinking about it the rest of my life
I firmly believe sugars goal was for someone else who she thought she deserved it to win. Even if it’s probably not true
At the moment when i saw this video i knew Redemption Island FTC would be 1st
He also said Brandon is one of the nicest most genuine guys he’s ever met too.
Amanda. The first two time winner that could have been
Sugar wasn't even trying to win though.
Could you make that follow up vid for players who stood a chance but bombed next?
I feel like special mention should be given to Neleh and Susie for “almost won but tanked it” because they both did horrendously bad (as did the people who eventually beat them) but still came within a vote of winning.
Susie's FTC actually was relatively solid. I mean, she was 1 vote away from winning, and I remember hearing that after sitting down, Randy regretted voting for Bob because he realized Bob winning was giving Sugar exactly what she wanted.
Honorable Mentions: Woo, Tasha, Gervis (though he just didn’t do anything good or bad so not the best performance), Skupin, and Dead Fish
You need to watch Australia to see how one person tried to undermine his/her entire case in the final tc. 🤣
I do Roblox Survivor Long Terms occasionally, I don’t think I have EVER seen on an application: “Would you rather go to Final Tribal Council with 0 chance of winning or be cut right before it?” And I think I will answer it now:
I would want to be cut because if I have no chance at winning, then I could help someone else and maybe see them having a chance of winning and be that person who casts the tie-breaking vote if it goes 3-3-3
I suggest naming the new video you said is coming at the end "Frontrunners that Bombed Final Tribal Council" lol. Just a thought :p
I gotta say that the best thing about South Pacific's Final Tribal was Ozzy's reactions to the jury. So good.
I guess you can add Noura and Dean on players who had a chance at winning, but blew it, Dean specially.
Season 5 - Thailand. Clay was never going to win, but his answers didn't do him any justice.
I would also love a worst final tribal performances from players who won video… Ben does come to mind
Not showing the jury going “ooooh” when Phillip reveals how close he was to Boston Rob is a crime
I'm guessing Pt. 2 is going to have double Amanda, Coach, and an honorable mention of Lee in Australian Survivor.
Also, Colby might have been in this video. I think. I haven't seen season 2 for a long time though.
Never ever ever apologize for putting Russell Hantz on this list.
You should make a ranking of every season from your least favorite season to your favorite
Honestly, I respect Sherri's FTC performance. She wasn't going to let people talk to her like she was a child, and I applaud her for that 😆

I feel like Dreamz had no chance of winning (it's been a while since I saw his season so I'm not 100%) and still absolutely bombed his FTC answers.

I do t believe that
And I'd like to be cut just before the end, because I honestly think the jury makes this show kind of hot. In the sense that they have creative freedom with how they handle the players, that is.
