Ahoy my friends! Today I will be evaluating Sephiroth's new FF6 Crossover Banner, and essentially giving my overall thoughts on this. To me, this is very simple as there is really only one other weapon/set to compare it to which is Tifa's Bunny Costume/Gloves. So I will be looking at Tifa's setup and comparing with Sephiroth's along with talking about who I think this banner might be good for! For those of you pulling i wish you all the best of luck!! Good video as always! Likely will be pulling once everyone is dropped. As a newer player, there doesn't feel a grindy path to success, it is just limited purchase or bust. weapon parts daily or weekly I feel would keep people coming back.
I cleared the dungeon ranking EX with rank 30 first try with Tifa With Bunny gloves and feather gloves setup. If i struggled with this, I would've considered pulling for Sephiroth here. The best thing about the costume is it can be used with his phy water weapon, which is another consideration I'd pull for it
Thx for your opinion on the banner! little side note, not sure if its just me but The Game Sound is a little loud compared to your voice and makes it sometimes hard to listen to you. Maybe it's an me issue but if there is something you can do about it, would be lovable!
Don't worry I got you it's aura bolt. Yeah I didn't have enough bcryst when the bunny costume dropped so I missed out . I am making myself wait for the time being even though I have no mag water dps. Can't afford to miss two new elements if that is indeed what we get. I just hope 115k gets me there otherwise I will be waiting a minute for parts 😅

As a new player that started in June that has no arcanums, I pulled on Yuffie last month bc she has both phys and mag ice weapon, so resource efficiency. Was happily going to do the same for Seph, until I realised that it being limited actually defeats the whole resource efficiency purpose, plus having the exact same stats as Yuffie's non-limited! That said, this banner is imo not only a hard/ easy skip, but a trap as well, don't fall for it. Arcanums are dime a dozen, no point in going for limited for the value of standard arcanum banner. Which is kinda a shame really, as it would have made an absolute worth it standard banner.
Got this cause I don't have bunny Tifa and Seph is my main. Also I really hope they don't release new elements (dark and light) on limited banners. That would suck to lock these behind a limited banner.
Weird banner for me. I decided to pull mainly because I did not have any Water Arcanum and overall weak water weapons (OB1 or 2) except for my Maritime Sword OB10. I do think the weapon is not great for a 40k pull but the costume is magnificent. 15 pulls in the end for the weapon OB6 and the Ultimate Weapon, I ended up being lucky!
I'm a bit bummed the weapon isn't anything special but I was going to pull on the banner no matter what anyway. Edgar is my favourite FFVI character. And unlike Angeal's gear, Sephiroth's actually incorporates a lot of Amano's ornate design details, which I miss about the later franchise entries. Also, I can rest my crystals now. Besides the story, there is no interest from me in the crossover anymore. If the devs make the greedy decision to release Cloud and Tifa with new elements, I'll just have to wait. There's a reason my guild is set to casual lol
It sucks that my Tifa water weapons are only OB2, but I feel good about building them over time. We’ve gotten so much water content the past month that I think it’s safe to say we won’t get any for a while. I have to pass…
I believe this is one of the worst limited banners they've done because of the gap between OB6 and OB10 and it being x1.2. For normal weapons a gap is fine, but for other limited banners it's usually been just a small bump from OB6 to OB10, especially tifa and yuffies. I'd argue that if you have even just tifas bahumut costume much less the bunny costume you should skip because that's solid to go with her water weapons. I have both the bunny gloves and feathered gloves at ob10 so this is easy skip for me.
I will strongly say this !! Not worth it 😅. We have glen as physical water attack but sephiroth magic water attack ? Not even all enemies attacks. So !!! I don’t know.🤷🏻♂️ it’s a real skip banner . Even though I bought it. 😂
Costume looks cool but I got his other water one and honestly the blade is kinda mid compared to most other crossover weapons we've seen. It's a pass for me. Hopefully the Tifa and Cloud will be better.
Sorry to say this is a really piss poor banner for a limited crossover this should of been a mattack all allies as a sub stat. So many lackluster limited banners.
Oh wow i actually totally forgot that these typically have MATK All that is so true, this makes so little sense to be a limited weapon now that i think about it?

A limited weapon with the same stats as Yuffie non limited ice weapon is so bad. The only reason to pull on this is if you like the costume

This is an easy skip. I got tifa already and got tempest ob10 with arcanum. So imma keep saving my crystals and see what cloud gets
