I have a similar concern. But I guess people are simply too lazy to do anything about it even if they go on and "steal" your idea (of course it depends on the idea).
Agreed, I need founder who is capable/expert what I am looking for. Mostly I find a people who are interested help but not having the expertise needed to help.

Ideas are worthless. It's all in the execution. Don't worry about your idea being stolen. You basically gave them 1% of the winning formula :)
