I think he is doing a uvula ossilation but like at a crazy level. Its hard to explain how a uvula ossilation works but in their other clip, What you think, at the first drop he uses it and makes the sound pass trough the nose. Here he opens his mouth so the sound is clearer and he blows air slooowwly.
