I'm glad Ketanji Brown Jackson is there to open some eyes and minds that have been long closed. She's sharp and informed, I really hope she can make a difference, calll them out on their errors, open their eyes and do some good on this now heavily weighted conservative court that seems to think racism and it's problems don't exist any longer in America when nothing could be further from the truth. Thank you for covering this Roland S. Martin!

Well said. But this is why I argue that the Supreme Court seats should not be a life time appointed seat because of these closes minded conservatives. They really think racism doesn't exist 😕. That's why I say NOTHING will change regarding race. With the exception of Judge Jackson, these people are not there for equality. Not at all. And they are in those seats for a life time. Smh.

Boy! It's good to hear someone so clearly proclaiming the reality of what real civil rights mean. The numbers are against her with 6-3, but if the majority vote against her argument which is rooted in the Constitution, then they have no hiding place for their prejudice - she is showing them up on a grand scale. Well done, Justice Jackson!
