This gang violence persists despite many of them living ordinary lives within the community. By that I mean criminals have homes and families to go to at some point. Residents often hesitate to report crimes involving their relatives in these activities due to fear, distrust of police, or loyalty. This cycle should be broken but requires community trust, witness protection, and comprehensive support.

Prisons are overcrowded with people who thought they could get away with it. Do the families of these criminals enjoy watching this?
