Is it safe to construct RCC 60ft×120ft banquet hall without middle pillar or i will go with shed roofing.
ye its safe but cost will go very high due to structure design for long span. I suggest, go with shed roof. its economical and safe also.

The size of the hall would depend on the seating arrangement and the type of event you are planning. Generally, for 1000-1500 people, you would need a hall with a minimum area of 10,000-15,000 square feet. you can consider 80'x160' or as per your requirement.
80 by 160 hall will need middle pillars or can be constructed pillarless
You can go in prefab structure/shed roofing.
