Thanks for helping set up my Node.JS site. I have some old static html files that use JS and CSS, along with a domain name. It would be helpful for those who are trying to update their site to see how this can this transformation could be done, I bet it would draw in some views. To rephrase what I am suggesting is helping people move their old site(html/js/css) into a node.JS site, using beanstalk and transferring their domain name.

Not sure what part you failed to do correctly. Can you rewarch the video and make sure to do the exact same things and make sure you get the same output, if not let me know which step failed for you.
Hi Michael! Could you please help me with deployment my NodeJS application? I did everything according to your tutorial, but for some reason only the deploy to the AWS EB does not work
@@MichaelKitas Hi! I checked the logs and "npm install" failed without any informative error, even with loglevel = "verbose" in .npmrc file of my application
Hey I have a react app with node backend and I want to deploy it to AWS Elastic Beanstalk. I could not figure out how to make AWS build the react app when I deploy it. Should I build the react app on my pc then upload it to AWS or is there a way to make AWS build it?
I am glad I could help you, I would really appreciate if you subscribe if you haven't already to support me and help me also to get to 1000 subscribers so I could start monetizing my videos :)
You sir are amazing. This is the best practical example I've ever seen on AWS. Thank u so much
Great video, love the speed, many other people would have stretched this to 40 minutes

This is the only video that helped me with this. Thank you very much, keep it up.
Thank you for the support!
You could use built-in Github extension in Vscode to do commits and push. Two Clicks.
Thanks for the suggestion, I am going to use that from now
what's the name of this extension?!

Is there any errors? Not sure what you are doing wrong. I suggest rewatching the video you probably missed a step
@@MichaelKitas Hi!

Can we manually deploy our app instead of integrating with Github?
Yes, as you saw on the video there is a manual option as well
YOU ARE MY FAVORITE PERSON ON PLANET EARTH
Thank you 😀
Thanks for the video brother.
I am glad I could help 🙂
thanks for your video bro, this works equally with gitlab?
Probably, but haven’t tried to be honest with you
thank you!
502 - Bad Gateway
This appears in my browser. Any idea of what is the problem?
Server is crashing or nginx, can you check server logs?
I have the same problem, did you figure it out?
Thanks!
Can I keep the app up, for free?
or does it have a time limit to be active before I get charged?
About 12 months with the free trial. You might have some very small charges depending on bandwidth e.t.c it’s best to monitor your spending
@@MichaelKitas Oh thank you so much for that info, I was kind of worried
thank you so much.
Bro thank you so much☺

That's what I currently do which is to build it locally but I think AWS have an option to do that, I am not sure if that's free though
@@MichaelKitas did you solve it?!
