Since you are going to Zanaris anyway. Pick up spade and rake from the shack by not having the dramen staff equiped. Then leave the shack and equip the staff so to tele.
you would get two tasks then from teleporting to the mine and mining an essence i believe. Wiki didnt say it was autocompleted when I was researching this, but it is possible that it hasnt been updated with current info
10:55 DANGEROUS move order! It is possible for Aggie to steal your flour if you insult her! That's happened to people before during leagues! I'd have hoped you would warn about that!
If you don't want that risk, you can straight up skip that task, this list was ~66 tasks and first area unlock was 60 tasks last league, assuming the same this time
You made exactly the same mistake every single one of these videos does. I would have LOVED for you to include a single Giant kill anywhere during this video. There's plenty of giants you can just kill with about 30 air strikes (keeping in mind that after 3 air strikes, your max hit will be 4, and after another 10 air strikes, your max hit is 6). For example, if you bring wines from Draynor, you'll easily survive edgeville dungeon (it's all single way combat, so no getting stacked out). But you could also just teleport to Soul Wars or Brimhaven and attack a moss giant from either of those places. If you're brave, the same rule applies to Crandor: with a few wines you'll easily survive the crandor dungeon (max hits are 8 or lower there) and you can kill a giant on there. With the first tier of combat masteries, you'll have a much better time unlocking further tasks.
Great explanation of this starting method! Surely will age like wine, and Jagex won't change up any tasks at all, no way! Edit: After this, I noticed that this is from an actual revealed list. Sorry, had the idea in my head it was basing tasks off last Leagues.
There's a task list posted from the first 2 regions easy/medium tasks. If that list is legit and it is indeed 60 tasks for first unlock, then this strat works! a little bit of crossed finger but I'm like 80% confident
@@krakwithak I do hope that it is correct, because this is an easy, and no heavy competition needed method. Last year, most of these guides had at least a couple contentious methods beyond "beat someone at picking wheat". Just I also had found a "no compete method" that relied on lists pulled from previous leagues, and half weren't tasks anymore.
i will never understand this mentality of I HAVE TO BE ON PERFECT META. its in every game now. there are no more surprises in games when they update its always this need to spoil the joy of playing a game by creating a meta.
because some people don't want to do the early game, they just want to do raids with OP setups and don't care about route-making. If you are like me and love making your own routes, probably not the video for you lol
If you're a really casual osrs player this video is not for you, simply put. Play the league how you enjoy! But I'm a fucking nerd and I want to zoom to raids

very nice easy to follow to the point guide thanks for the routing on this! GL on launch and lets hope the servers work this time :P
Fingers crossed. I'll likely be sleeping on launch and catching up a few hours later so unlikely to be a server problem for me thankfully
Pretty sure rune mysteries is auto now so no talisman but you can mine a rune ess in varrock instead

Dramen Staff doesn't have the ability to auto-cast
Oh, true. I assumed because the lunar staff did that dramen would as well. I guess we are manual casting and bonking

oooooh I didn't know that, I didn't see that happen to anyone. Honestly that's hilarious and hopefully I don't grief anyone with that hahahaha

Giants are going to be PACKED on day one, personally I am going to do skilling routes like this until players counts drop a little
@@krakwithakI mean, you only have to kill 1. It's not like you need to camp there and compete with other players for an extended period of time.
Also, respawn times are 3x lower, so as long as you go to an area with plenty of giants, it should only take take a few extra seconds due to crowding

Why would anyone follow a guide to leagues instead of just playing it and figuring out stuff themselves
