While open world would be nice, warframe open world are empty. Tile set will be easier to manage and the could later on and new ones or connecting tiles that you reach by driving up a certain road.
I was kinda hoping it was going to be an urbanized open-world, but from the demo the tilesets do seem to be rather large, so I guess we can call it pseudo-open-world? Either way I did really like the extremely different feel to the tileset.
