550$ ish was the price I saw if you were wondering. Nifty is looking, but idk about budget considering you could get a 10/22 for 450 msrp.
That being said you don't get the sick lever

So what is the mag tube for?

Just got one and shot it yesterday. Plenty accurate for my needs. Got one question though, how do you remove the bolt?

The Aussies had a detachable box magazine lever-action magazine in the 1970s and 80s. Part of the Fieldman range of .22 Rimfire rifles, if I recall correctly.

Why you would need a banana clip in a lever action is beyond me. I guess it looks "cool" at the rifle range?

Magazine, not a clip, and because more rounds can be important depending on the application.

I love lever guns but hate loading tube mags. this gun is great for people who would prefer to load a box mag.

You can't have a side loading .22lr lever action because the loading deforms the .22 brass. That means you have to feed from the front of the magazine tube near the end of the barrel. With that setup you can't have a threaded barrel for suppressors unless you wanted to take the can off every time you had to reload. This setup fixes both issues.

because loading a 22LR in a lever action is a pain in the ass. Those magasines are a really great idea.

Received today in France. They are more cons than pros.. Very bad finish. I Had to screw harder every damned screw available on this gun. The gun was wobling all around. Open sight is crap. Aim way to low and on the max settings. It also aim fucking right but you cannot do anything about it since you cannot set it. The picatinny rail being to far away from you, you cannot mount a regular scop. Only a scout one. I'm not even sure you have enough space on the picanny to fit your mount since it's very short. And the metal finsih is just falling appart. Pure crap. Do not buy it so far. The quality is VERY bad and the open sight is simply useless.
I just tested it in my garden this afternoon. It seems to be accurate. I will test it more at the end of the week. Standing an prone shooting. 50 100 and 200m to check the quality. (indoor range so no wind question). The cycling looks ok so far and the magazines look pretty good. The system to eject the magazine is pretty smart.

hi! Do you still have issues using the rifle so far ?

@@rachidlamolle77 except all the points above, the rifle is shooting ok. I tested it several times at the range. I'm desappointed not being able so far to mount a small scope on it. And since the open sights are not good, I must use a red dot.
