A Thillana is a rhythmic dance piece in the Carnatic music tradition. Here, we present Swathi Thirunal's (1813-46) popular Dhanashree Thillana with a modern twist! Featuring the very talented Sharanya Srinivas on Vocals and Mahesh Raghvan on GeoShred.
Not a lot of you might know this , but the tune of this thillana was composed by the great Lalgudi Jayaraman.
