This is a very special video for me. Once again, like the last video of 2024 and many others, it features a work by Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari (1876-1948) for which I engraved a modern edition from manuscript. Since the purpose of this channel is sharing obscure and underperformed composers, I decided in this case to make a step further: realizing also the recording, since no one is currently available. My hope is that this MIDI rendering will actually make someone willing to play Wolf-Ferrari's Organ Concerto live; maybe it's just wishful thinking, but nonetheless I liked the outcome of this experiment, also as an appreciation of MuseScore after my switching to this software from Sibelius. Speaking of that, this score is now on IMSLP, with the source MuseScore file which will help anyone extract the parts if I'm not making them in the future (although I'll have to learn how to do parts in MS soon or later). Enjoy, and Happy New Year!
Wolf-Ferrari is a genius! Thank you very much for your edizioni! Thanks to you, I was able to play absolutely adorable cello sonata by Wolf-Ferrari! Grazie mille for your meticulous and very important work!
I recommend you make a 2nd copy of the score on Musescore for audio export only. In the MuseSounds strings, pizzacato becomes inaudible at pp dynamics. I suggest you replace them with p (or even mp in some cases.... at least until we get automation)

It's already a hidden mp (with the p not playing)... There's definitely no need to have two different files to fix just a couple of dynamics. :)
