@@Curitiba24h aprendi com minha vó q era assim q se come e tem motivo, a banana da terra possui mais carboidratos do que as demais, pois contém uma reserva maior de amido em sua composição, o que faz com que ela seja melhor digerida após ser cozida, assada ou frita... Então mesmo q se possa consumir crua, ainda assim aqui no Brasil é hábito comer cozida/frita/assada afinal temos infinidade de outros tipos de banana para consumo cru.... Aqui na minha casa por exemplo compramos a prata para consumo cru, apesar q minha banana favorita é a maçã é bem difícil de achar onde moro.
