There are so many clone trooper variants at this point I wouldn't be surprised if there was a clone unit of clones who are designed to look like other clones so they can pretend to be other clones whilst the other clones are doing clone things, because DECEPTION and all that.

I really wish that they could make a clone wars games where we can start out as a Recruit and be able to rank up to captain or even special forces. Even where we can customize our armor based on what class , rank, and unit that we belong to. And even fight on every war that had clones in it.
I wish we had seen more of the elite clone troopers in the show. We got to see a lot of some Arcs but like 5 seconds of Commandos. Great video. Keep up the great work
@Saima Riaz Shadow Troopers may have the better armor but still they weren't as much genetically boosted up as the Nulls. They have an eidetic memory, completly independent thought and the strongest body out of all the other clones. And they were adobted and trained by Kal Skirata and had a special bond to him. And the shadow troopers weren't even trained by mandalorians. Shadow Troopers may be the best Black Ops operators but Null Arcs have the best allrounder skills and thus can adabt to more situations
@Saima Riaz hate to break it to you man, both null arc and alpha arc were 10x better than shadow. Genetic enhancements, trained by some of the best in the galaxy. Trained to be good at essentially next to everything. They had located grievous months in advance to the battle of utapau. The nulls alone were considered one man armies, and thats just six clones. No amount of technology and shoddy training can substitute genuine skill and combat prowess.
I remember when I was a kid my mom paid pretty big money for these in the 6in figures series. I still have them, probably one of my favorite clone armors.

I love how they were able to change their appearance, although that kinda leaves a bit of a plot hole in the Star Wars story, because I remember in an episode of clone wars where Obi-wan discized himself as a bounty hunter, but In Order to do so, he had to swallow a tiny spider like droid. In my opinion, it would’ve been better for the republic to just give him that shape shifting technology that the shadow troopers had. 🤔

I ALWAYS figured that Clone Commandos and ARC troopers were the pinnacle of combat and tactically efficient clone troopers and their skill in the art of war and other conbative tactics were unmatched! I've known about the shadow trooper spec ops division for some time but never thought they even came close to comparing to the skill of the previously stated special operations units, LET ALONE being superior troopers?
Always gotta appreciate the effort put into the clone wars and the specific ranks of the republic instead of just “hehe he’s a soldier, everyone’s just a soldier”

The black armor and red visor is a cool combination and i wonder if any shadow troopers deserted and kept the armor and used them for bounty hunter jobs
Imagine a game where you can be clone troopers doing different missions. Like one mission you're a pilot, another you're part of the bomb squad. Imagine playing a level where your a shadow trooper gaining information on a separatist commander. You gather the information and get ready to ambush him. You get renienforments. Get your sniper rifle out on a high vantage point. take the shot when something goes wrong and you have to rush in to make sure they don't get away. Camera switches over and you start playing as clone assassins who are rushing to take out the enemy commander before he gets away
Shame that we will probably never see this dope design being used, since it’s non canon, and with clone wars being finished i doubt theres any oppertunity to add in new clone variants at this point.
I was always under the impression that commander blackout and the black and grey spec ops clones from season two cat and mouse episode were these guys.

Arc were genetically enhanced, one man army dude with standard clone armor, clone commando where just below and less genetically enhanced, but the katarn armor made them ideal strike team and durable, then shadow are the best of the standard GAR clone had to offer, their armor made them perfect for covert ops mission, intel gather and secret assassina where commando would be to noisy, and Arc havent those stealth capabilities since they have standar armor. There were also stealth commando squad like the omaga squad wich I believe inspired the shadow trooper program. Fun fact about the mission of the missing son of tarkin, the 501st at that time wore their standar armor but their commander Voca and some of his men while standard clone wore a Katarn armor, the shadow trooper squad saved the day by eliminationg an embush sniper, later on the mission, Vader then recruit storm commando for a more agressive but still stealth approch, since storm commando are the heritage of the clone commando (same purpose as a strike team but still quite stealth) I assume at the time of the mission, (in legend) Vador 501st clone trooper were allowed to wear Katarn armor now ageing but still efficient and storm commando corps replaced the now few commando squad remaining, storm commando armor is a mix of the katarn and the shadow trooper armor in the shape of a scout armor, but is use for strike ops and stealth most difficult mission while shadow stormtroopers of the empire were the common ops squad for the ISB
