Dispel for vessel or potential orchid. Stats are better for carry Necro than euls since raw hp is good and he wants to be in the front for that lineup. Mars did not go for a traditional build, since they have necro carry

farming purposes, manta is the fighting purge item, euls is more of a protection purge item. Manta = fight, euls = sustain. Having a rads makes manta the better choice here.

tbf he played more razor than jug or bristle and hasn't picked CK yet, so there's a decent hero pool to work around

Necro, CK, Bristle, Razor, Ember, Tiny, Weaver, Lifestealer, Jugg, Gyro. That's not a small hero pool at all. He can also dip into some niche picks like Alche, Drow, SF and still perform decently with them. Saksa is happy with what he can work with I'm sure.
