Giving up guns out of all places in a national park where there are bears, big cats and dogs is a NO NO! Not to mention potential transients that may have some behavioral issues that shouldnt be there.

Sounds like this question is designed around keeping judges from appropriate decision making as well as courtroom justice with the plaintiffs and defendants. If someone walking into a court or federal building with a gun makes people nervous then its is logical to say that better decision making needs to go on with the court. Kind of like the fact evil is inherant in man and its only the justice that stands between you and judgment.
Why would we not be allowed to have a gun in a park? State parks have dangerous animals.
