Bro !!!! I just tried this and I’ve diy almost everything including my 1,700 hp lambo and my 1200 hp 06 GTO and I used a plastic pry tool and all went from the same points as you did and even tried other methods and my light cover cracked ……… yours comes off super easy mine just won’t come off I just had to order a new plastic dome light cover ! Smh !!!!!
I’m in the same boat man. My liner won’t budge at all and feels like I’ll break it pulling it down bent it a bit got my hand back there and didn’t even feel a single clip.

Can you just change the bulbs only by taking off the first white cap or do you have to take down the entire unit?
