Once you look back... You won't be able to look
True because after you look back there is a 50 50 percent chance you could go to heaven or the hospital or the cementary
if you look back w asian, blk, or mexican parents chasing you it’s like a horror movie; you suddenly trip on something the second you look back and it’s all game over 😭
Just not only Mexican but pretty much any latina mom, Cuban, Dominicans, Puertoricans, Colombian, Honduran, Nicaraguan and Bolivian moms are as deadly or far more than any Mexican mom.
How the heck are you guys running? One roar from my parents would make me freeze dead in my tracks skdjsjskkdjs
@@lili3265 we don't have fight or flight, we freeze and look back slowly while resigning to our fates 🤣
My advice: never run because they'll get even madder and it will hurt twice as much.
True I too stay rooted to the ground get my beatings and then leave silently 😢
And don't try and use your hands to shield yourself from the wooden spoon. It hurts even more when it hits your knuckles.
when they tell u to take off ur extra layers of clothes. they say the teen yrs r the worst. and ... no, but i guess yes. but also kids: ok then how about try me now bc ur fed up w/ me? take a wild guess on how i feel then... i try to keep my crazy...under control
"How to break bad news to Asian Parents"
You simply *_C A N ' T_*
I have a Latina mom, not the same but she's just as strict so close enough.
My advice is: just tell what you can't possibly hide, like failing a class, getting pregnant, STDs, broken stuff that can't be easily replaced and will be noticed if it's missing, etc. If it can be hidden, don't tell until you're able to move out and live by yourself, because that way if anything goes wrong you have a safe place you can run to.

Dawg, I walk in the room and am already asked what I did💀
You are well trained !! ( just kidding... I'm a mom of 6...)
I like how she always enter with a giant step 😂😂
wake your mom up when shes sleeping and say it..shell be too drowsy to even comprehend
Or she'll be even angrier and will accuse you of ruining her night (at least my mom, she has very light sleep so not only will she comprehend, she will also not be able to sleep again) 😂
Actually she knows I do my best for school so if I have bad grades she'll just say it's not her problem, but if I told her I had a bf/gf or I got a tattoo I'd die on the spot lfmao (my mom's not asian btw)
No, that's just the easiest way for mom to go decaf. That stunt wakes them up faster than a shot of toxic caffeine sludge
as a 16 yrs old asian , i have a tip
TRY TO SAY IT WHEN SHE'S ON CALL W/ HER FRIEND
Nah... She be like first u disgraced me and on top of it u insulted me in front of my friend cuz her friend might have heard ... So double beating
That's right! It always works for me! When she's on a call w her friend she doesn't pay much attention and afterwards she either forgets or just doesn't do much about it 😂
The starting with accomplishments never work since all she will remember is the bad news part😂
Exactly 😂it’ll be better if you add those accomplishments afterward right after you say the bad news
But sometimes we can get exception from the dialogue "you don't even do some freakin' chores in home... I don't even know why you are home.." 🤣🤣😅
You should give them the news while you're doing the accomplishment while you know your mom is checking on you... Because in the middle of the accomplished they will reconsider and you can have a chance to run in the middle of everything... because they're mostly so OCD they won't waste time on following you and they will do the accomplishment themselves understanding if they attack you one more time they have to do the job 🙊🙉🙈
Even if you don't have bad news still start with all the accomplishments.
😂😂😂 way to relatable especially the “ok” from the mom when you did the chores
I'm dying of laughter 😂😂😂😂😂. The 4th one had me laughing on the floor
I honestly thought Asian kids had it easy!! I've learned so much from your content!!!
“let it go like a silent fart” 💀
The lifted foot and how she slides in..😂😂😂😂😂…her skits are the best!
Yes indeed! Run for your life!!!🤣🤣🤣
personnally, I say it when she is happy or when I just get back, with a sweet voice, and am answered with silent...
but i succeeded in that reaction after 6 years of arguing 😂😅
This girl needs a hug!
Step 5: *But I'm studying to be a doctor!*
Mom comeback: ‘you’ll never get there and I regret having such a failure’ 😂
Can’t win
@@namedrop721 Lol sounds like Steven He: "Axe body spray...smells like failure"
Me wondering if you're flexible or not cause I always find it impressive how high you can put your leg up 😂
Step 5 : You tired and feel hungry, and want to go back at your home, but your ASIAN parents still angry on you and never give you foods anymore 😂😂😂
My mom is not even Asian but I can relate to this
Same, especially when she said "i got a tattoo", I would be dead if I got one and she knew
I’ve tried all this and even though I’m faster than my mom, I can’t stay away from her forever 😅 She and the rice paddle are just waiting.
I love how nice the voice is for the steps even though she gonna get spanked 😂💀
"Run and don't look back"🙂
She a runner She a trackstar
that leg went higher than my grades😱
Ooooh this is interesting, can we have a tutorial on how to survive? I'm under the bed right now so I need it immedi
Once my mom gets a hanger, a Subway Surfer theme song will start playing...
At least she's honest… thats what every mom understand
As an Aisan I really appreciate these techniques this is soo relateable😂😂
She said how to break bad news to Asian parents, but she never said you wouldn’t get slapped with a slipper
“What u say?” I’m dying 😂
I love aunty kea's accent👏👏👍😁😁😄😄.
the most relatable loop doesn't exi -
her special way of entering never gets old!🥰
the iconic foot stretch at the start of every video 😂
The "Wat u say" made me DIE laughing 😂😂😂😂😂
This woman is amazing
"I didn't put the rice on". I felt that cuz my dad asked me to cook rice and I forgot. This only happened once.
Lmaoooo I was gonna say that next step better be RUN !! 😂
Love the 'enter stage' step!
And I can't help feeling that your mom would already notice what's up when you starting a conversation with a list of accomplishments and that desperately-hopeful smile.
Kind of like
*husband* here's some beautiful flowers for you just because I'm so happy to have you in my life!!!
`*wife* so what did you do?
Thank you. This is also “how to break bad news to Hispanic mothers.”
I like how she always kicks her foot out before sliding in in front of her scary mom 😂
I now know that this is the reason why my parents wear slippers in the house. i also start to shake before I even get to say what I did bc I know that the second the bad news leaves my mouth, she’ll already have the slipper in her hand 💀💀💀💀
i really want to meet her actual mom
Same goes for my Jamaican parents. Only difference is, the belt already gets to you before you can turn
That's me straight up running to my room and locking it this gives my mom enough time to cool down.
P.s now she don't even try to run after me just throw her slipper at the back of my head. 🤣🤣
Least she hasn't leveled up to flying cast iron frying pan to your skull.... My mom did when I was 16....
The way that it said “just run and don’t look back” my mom would pinch my ear so hard I would feel like crying and sometimes she would just not talk to me until I learn my lesson 💀💀
Not turning on the rice was the worst one for Asian parents 😂
My parents are very supportive and they won’t be angry if I fail a test instead they will help me learn to correct it. I guess I am really lucky with them as my parents ❤
That's fantastic. Glad to hear you have sane normal parents that aren't going to be abusive and controlling.
@@ddbb3195 I’m sure you make simplistic assumptions often…Now why would anyone say that about you. Why be so harsh?
bruh, I was used to getting A's and B's in tests, that when I got my first C, my parents got so mad and told me I won't ever graduate from high school or go to college...
funny enough, I'm in Loyola now, so :|
Point is, at least yours didn't overreact to your test...so yea, lucky
The beginning with the leg always kills me 😂
I love you and your mom!! Great content and thanks for the laughs!!
This is the most relatable thing I've watched today.
You did your chores ,you say.... BUT THE DISHES ARE STILL IN THE SINK
These two just make me laugh even if I don't want to they cheer me up when I'm having a bad day thanks
i love how her foot always just comes in like that
Nah mate you can never outrun them, they always catch up eventually. That’s when they start bringing up every little mistake you’ve ever made and that honestly sucks way more than being whacked with a slipper :D
No, you need to get a doctor degree, get two jobs, half doctor and half lawyer, cook a 5 star meal with rice, do all the chores, pay off all family debts and get three handfuls of skills and then tell your mom the bad news, then tell everything I just said and for the final part, whisper loudly so she can barely hear “I lied” and get a new life somewhere that is free of everything.
To be frankly even all of that doesn't help...the more you do they want more...if you're a doctor and have money you must bring at least 8 babies by the age of 30 ... Nothing changes...except you're dead inside all the time!!! And if you go even to another country they will find you...i tried everything... Funny thing is after a while you repeat them in your mind...
@@saharalirezaei9663 what the hell, just cut them off dude. Grown adults can have all the independence.
The way she puts her legs up Lol 😂🤣
She has really made me believe that the mom isn't her but another person😂
The fact that people are brave enough to do this still stuns me to this day.
It gets even more funny every time she sticks her foot out before entering- 😂
This isn’t just with Asian parents. This is pretty much with any parents.
*step 4 run and don't look back*🤣🤣🤣🤣
"step 4:run and don't look back"got me on the floor
“What you say!” 🫣🫡
🏃🏻♀️
*Instructions unclear, I was caught and am now preparing to be a doctor by next month.*
Yeah i suggest you don’t do that lol 😂😂😂 they’re gonna catch you at some point 😂😂😂
I thought you were gonna say you're pregnant, like a bait and switch lmao
That isn't only for Asian parents that's for everyone, but the running away part makes it worse so you better face it all from the beginning
Dude this is funny. Took me a minute to realize the mom and the daughter are the same
That whispered "and I got a new tattoo" had me rolling. That's exactly how my sister broke bad news to our parents. She'd slip it in half whispered among a bunch of other stuff in the vain hope it wouldn't be noticed. Me, I just blurted it out. I already knew doom was coming so I was fatalistic about it. 😂😂
“Run and don’t look back”
Me: nope I’d start crying before I’d even get beat 😭
As another Asian, despite being of different ethnicity and born from a different country, I can say with utmost certainty that this is how it goes every time to me as well 😂.
The classic giant step 😂❤
istg LMAOOOO the run is so true
That's entrance never fails to make me laugh😂
“Run and don’t look back” If I do that she will break my bones and slap me in the face so I’d rather cry it off💀
How to NOT break bad news to your Asian parents! 😂
"You dont" -Me
Asian parents are actually angry about the math test more than the other three together can make . JUST FACTS
This is highest number of like I have ever got.....THANK YOU!!♡♡
I distinctly remember being scolded for forgetting to cook the rice! But you’re right the test and boyfriend are much bigger infractions.
“Step one start with some accomplishments”
Her:”I did chores”
Me:”I got a question right about a year ago”
The mom “ WHAT U SAY “
And when Lyanna said “ IM SORRY x3 “
Got me 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I completely understand;
A Horror movie with friends is comedy, and a Romantic movie with parents is Horror 😁
i love how she gets more flexible everytime she does this
“How to bre-“
Sorry hun it’s not *possible* 😔
Step 5: try to dodge the slipper 🗿
I thought she was gonna say "u don't"
Wow. This is a healthy parent relationship that won't backfire at all once the kid gets older!
My mum pretends like she didn't hear properly so I have to repeat it, this gives her enough time to get the slipper...
That sucks-
