A test for people's patience this was. Personally I enjoyed the conversation. Clearly the tulkus showed their youth, but I appreciate that they are trying to show that there is no singular way to enter the path of Dharma and that with the right view and understanding, anything can become useful for the practice. However, when we discuss things such as alcohol and drugs there must be some form of caution because while they can expand your perspective, addiction to these substances can be the cause for great suffering.
