I have bleached hair. But my roots are just blond hair dye. I had it on my hair for about 40 minutes. I must say that it did damage my roots a little since the it does have lightening effect. Lightening effect + heavily bleached hair - it was inevitable. Also it washed out after 6 washes. But it leaves beautiful milky blond hair after washing out.
