24:09 When Swati narrated this incident, it reminded me of my insecurities. I realized these insecurities that I had about myself stems from my judgement of others regarding that same thing. Because I would watch a classmate eating alone in the break, and would pity them for not having company/friends. Maybe not in a bad way. Hence, it would make me think what other people might think if I sit and eat alone. I am glad growing up I stopped pitying which made me stop self-pitying as well
Guys i totally love this series.. although i read lots of self-help books.. but still hearing these things out again frm someone who has been thru it gives me more reality check

Great series…. But I am sure many are confused on what they want to do as there is no one to guide. But it’s completely ok, talk to many people and learn what they are doing, see if interests you and deep dive into it. Please ask a lot of questions to get clarity. That really helps!!!?

I am 10 year elder to that 15 year old girl and I cannot live with myself for even an hour. I JUST CAN'T. Whether I am eating or doing any other chores something or the other is always playing on my phone or laptop. And when my eyes and ears are tired I sleep. Even at night I cannot sleep until my eyes are tired of looking at my phone. It's probably because I am stuck in something for 5 years now.. and that has made my mind so much scared of being alone.. it's like I am in a cage...it's like I am going through something internally for which I must seek councelling.. but the good part is.. its just 20 days more and I'll finally be free from that thing. After that I promise to myself that I am going to work on myself, I am going to do everything that I loved to do.. I am going to work on my obese body.. and I going to live with MYSELF.
Just last 20 days.. I am so excited to enjoy that freedom.
