This drama is definitely worth watching. This is without a doubt of of best Chinese drama I ever seen. I loved the main character, brilliantly performed btw ,by Mr. Zhang. From his most policie dramas I would rank in 1. Who is he? 2. Reborn 3. Knockout 4. Be reborn . Congratulations to all the actors and behind the scenes staff for the excellent work!

I wonder if this young officer with who helped catching the criminal around 19:13 is Liu Xian Da, who played Ding Wei alias Xiao Dao in Be Reborn. Would be cool, since in my fanfiction Wenjie recomended him to join the police. Seeing Liu Xian Da as police officer though would be somehow cool. Good start though. Zhang Yi plays a lot of policemen who deal with cold cases, can that be?

The opening was good , although the subtitles are hard to read at times wish it had a black background, the story reminds me of kdrama signal and tunnel , the names and ranks of c dramas always confuse me it might take me time to figure out but let's see

We don't know yet, but there will be a Season 2 for Be Reborn. :) The name of the boy was Zhuang Wenjie played by Wang Junkai.

Chemistry is a strange thing. It either naturally happens or it does not happen & need to be contrived. Yes I re-watched that drama at least 2 times because of the unusual chemistry between the 2. 😂
